I rarely write public reviews, but this time I felt a need to write on on this location.Miserable experience on 2/26 @ 10.35 am. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. After I received the coffee, I went to pick up the sandwich. This girl was eating a sandwich on her left hand (hence no mask). She picked up a new sandwich for me from the sealed bag, literally held it with her bare hands (yes, no gloves either) and put it in the toaster. When I mentioned it to the other girl at the counter, she simply said "Ah I don't know what's happening over there". Even after I finished eating my burnt sandwich, that girl never wore a glove or mask but was still handling food. These guys should be retrained for hygiene food handling and customer service.
I came here on 1/15 @ 10:50a, no greeting just an attitude from the cashier named Carla! She was very rude! After placing my order, I asked to substitute whole milk for soy milk, all she had to do was write that on the cup, she got upset and slammed the marker down on the cash register..her attitude was uncalled for. The barista was still making the previous customers drink, there weren't any other customers waiting besides myself. And not to mention the barista clearly told her that he didn't know how to make the drink that I ordered, they laughed, she said "yes, you do" and she didn’t help him. The drink was terrible. I'm done with Starbucks.
This barista Dakota made my order in like less than a minute and it was amazing I think it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks
Went here 10/13/2021 at 9:45am. Three people in line and one barista behind the counter. She didn't acknowledge us until the person up front asked if she was open. Barista finally looked at all of us and rudely denied being open.This location is supposed to be up and running at 6am. This along with the Batista's behavior needs to be resolved. Get it together or close it down.
i had the best drink ever. shout out to dakota for making this a amazing experience being really kind and helpful when ordering my drink. this was the best drink i've ever had from starbucks. 10/10 i would go again even though it was a little out of the way. if you want a amazing drink i would request dakota. amazing worker right there.
Little irritated this morning. Online says open at 6 but when I got there at 7:35 the lady says she isn't open yet that it would be another 15 min. I didn't have time to wait as I had to be at work. I was looking forward to some nice coffee this morning.
Not that great of an experience. They don’t greet you at the counter and just act like they don’t want to be there.

You know the drill. Good coffee at outrageous prices. If you pay 6.00 for a beverage and it doesn't have alcohol in it, then you are at Starbucks
I. Had been to this starbucks in Barnes book store, I experienced very rude an disgusting service from Rajesh , Doesn't understand to take order. I ordered caramel macchiato and he prepared some thing else and he is not even accepting his mistake nor sorry for his act.. Guess Starbucks should train their staff in customer service especially Rajesh. This is the worst starbucks I had seen in usa and the person who served name is Rajesh , He is very rude and arrogant.
