I love their Açaí Bowls. Healthy & Delicious. Made with Fresh Fruits. Big Fan!! This is the best location of SPOONS I have been to. Clean & Hygienic. Free 20 mins parking.The staff is so friendly. They have been promoting the app so well for customers to benefit with their rewards program as well as order ahead and save time. Keep that up!!
Love the fresh Acai and fresh fruit. The ladies are always friendly and pleasant.
I love spoons! But the past two times I’ve been, I was disappointed at how syrupy the bowl was. This picture is after about 2 bites but as you can see it is not as packed with fruit as they normally do. My “Sugababy” was almost all açaí and granola and very little fruit and almost no banana. Spoons bowls are always packed with fruit so hopefully this was just a mishap. The young lady that helped me was very sweet and nice but I’ve noticed certain staff aren’t as friendly and tend to almost always be on their phone when I go to the window to order. Some of the dynamics have changed but I hope spoons can get back to their consistent customer service and fruit packed bowls.
I've been to this place plenty of times and I've never had an issue. Just walked out due to the horrible service I just received. I walked in and the lady said absolutely nothing. She was on her phone then started making a bowl, however, there was no one inside of the store. I've never experienced this at Spoons and I'm highly disappointed. Won't be returning but it's definitely time for some new staff.
Super happy I found this place! I was going to another shop down the street but it closed. Spoons is the best spot in south end in my opinion. A bit overpriced but the bowls are good size and always delicious. Will continue to return!

I love spoons and you’re my favorite place in Charlotte to get açaí! I recommend to everyone. However, I was coming before work to get a bowl today and google said you were open so I was broken hearted when I got there and you were closed 3 hours early and had no time to stop for other food before I work all night ?
I really love you all and prefer you over any other establishment that offers acai bowls. However, you guys BROKE a pregnant woman's heart today. My husband and I drove 30 minutes (we live on the other side of town) to grab us each a bowl for lunch only to learn you were closed. When we Googled hours, Google said you were open. Afterwards we looked online and nothing was on your website indicating your were closed. Gotta say I'm pretty disappointed and left CRAVING a Spoons bowl.?
Went in for two açaí bowls. First off workers don’t greet you. We ordered our two açaí bowls and then a couple behind us orders theres. The couple behind us got theirs first and then we didn’t get ours at all. I had to walk in to ask the worker for an update and then they finally made us the bowls. Very disappointed.
