The açaí bowls are good, but no one ever picks up the phone, the website is down at the moment, and sometimes the door is just locked with no one there during working hours. Once they match the “running a business” part with the food, it will be a great place.

Love the fresh Acai and fresh fruit. The ladies are always friendly and pleasant.

according to Google you open at 7 am. so i went by not open. so i went did some running around came back at 930 am not open. first you moved from the off Randolph rd. then you have this location where there is no where to park. you dont return calls. your bananas are to ripe. most of the time i bring my own banana. is this how business is run, false time frames of open hours, either no bananas or to ripe. really.. i like this place but i going to find me another place to go and it will not be spoons.

hours are wrong been here 3 times when it said opened but it’s closed every time we just want smoothie bowls bro

I do not like the location at all. We used to go the food truck in Cotswold village, which was conveniently located with places to park. Now the closest Spoons is in the most inconvenient locations of NODA and Uptown. Seems like they changed there business model and are willing to rely on foot traffic and tourists. We've used the app a couple times and did drive-by pickups, but overall eating acai bowls isn't worth the hassle.

we always have an amazing experience every time we come here. we love love love the bowls and they always taste so fresh and delicious. we are very satisfied with this place!

Giving 3 stars because I do love the bowls, but today August 9th I came, walked up at 8:40pm (there were already 2 women pulling on both doors as I walked up). Both doors were already locked and he was cleaning up. He clearly saw people looking into the doors and trying to come in, but made it a point to go in the back. If closing time is 9, it doesn’t mean lock the doors at 8:30pm and start closing. It means the doors lock at 9. I come here 1-2x weekly, so this was extremely disappointing. If it continues, will have to drive to the other location as it appears their reviews are better.

I love the signature bowls!

I was excited about this new place in NoDa. I was disappointed with the product. The acai is heavily sweetened, and tastes fake. Not sure if it has to do with the fact that it comes out of a machine. The almond butter was also very sweetened and it tasted as though it was mixed with oil and was stale. I am a big acai bowl fanatic and this bowl was awful. There are other places nearby where the ingredients are actually fresh and not overloaded with sugar. I may give it one more try and order something different but with so many better choices close it needs to significantly improving the quality.

Have been wanting to try spoons for quite a while now as I’m addicted to Rico’s in plaza but this one is closer to work. Finally ordered today for my first time, they were out of Nutella but nbd that happens. Two bites into eating my $16 (small) bowl once I got back to work I found green mossy mold on ALL the raspberries... so grossed out.
