The cook was very disrespectful towards me as a first-time customer. I was concerned about the taste of the crabby paddy, and I was not disrespectful at all. I asked for something else in its’ place, and the lady at the window said ok, letting me know a few have already been sold, yet allowed me to choose something else. I stood to the side waiting, and the cook became very upset, saying that's not how they do things etc. So because I'm not a confrontational person, I stood there listening. Disgusted, I walked up to the window, saying don't worry about it at this point, they can keep the $17. I didn't want to cause a scene but I felt that was very disrespectful for her to say those things. I then walked away. I would not patronize this establishment again.
Don't tell the other food trucks, but Soul Miner's is my favorite food truck in Charlotte!! Their food is always incredible (and cruelty free)! I also love that they go the extra mile to support other small businesses as well. You absolutely can't go wrong with their nachos, and their tacos are always amazing too!
Hands down THE BEST Barvecue tacos! You will not be disappointed by their loaded nachos... or anything on their menu really. The most friendly staff and service as well! MUST TRY if you're in the CLT area.

I only ate here once but it was such a positive experience! Service is great and food is even better. I wish I lived closer so I could go back more frequently. I’m glad there’s some whole-food plant based options around town. Get the nachos, they are seriously the best. :)
This Vegan Food Truck / Service is one of our favorites in the city. I have tried multiple items and even though I have my favorites I love everything I have tried. I know they do multiple pop-up events and have carryout options around the city as well. Definitely a must to check off your list of food from around Charlotte

I am not a vegan, though I have been vegetarian and vegan at different times.I have enjoyed a regular Reuben. It’s one of my favorite sandwiches. This was the first plant based Reuben I’ve ever had and it will not be the last!Using mushrooms as the protein, this was a flavorful sandwich! I can also be turned off by mushroom texture, but this was perfection.The sauerkraut, dressing, gooey cheese all on rye bread…a work of art. All of the flavors of a Reuben without the bloating from salty meat.I can’t wait to try some other menu items!
The best food truck in Charlotte. The fact that it’s vegan is even better. Sasha & her team consistently serve excellent food. Highly recommend.
