Amazing experience! Waitress was so on point. Knew her stuff recommended two things we got both. The burrito and the quinoa bowl. Very funky vibes but family friendly, kid friendly (although there is a bar with alcohol if that is a problem for some).Restrooms are clean and well kept. Customer service was great! Parking can be tight. Over all, a really great hangout place!
Coffee was good, meal was good, service was OK. Decor was fresh but it was noisy. The kids gave it a 4 stars and I agreed. Line was super long would recommend to get their app and add yourself to the waiting list when you are in route. On Sat morning there is a big line but there is also a lot to do around including a local farmers market across the street.
This is my second time eating here. The food tasted amazing! My favorite is the OMG French toast! It tasted a little different than other French toast because they actually added condense milk to it which I LOVED! It tasted creamy and sweet. A lot of people think the wait is too long but if you join the waitlist online beforehand and come only when its your turn it’s actually not bad at all.
A good friend invited me to breakfast as she had been before to Snooze AM. My first time was this visit and I was impressed from the start. The restaurant cleanliness and layout was very inviting. The wait was appropriate considering the traffic at the location and the fact that we requested to sit outside. My first compliment goes to the manager Steve who pleasantly stopped a family from presumptuously taking a seat on the patio without checking in with the hostess. He greeted them and said that the table they were heading to was occupied but he would be glad to seat them elsewhere. When I spoke to him later and commended him he said he noticed the effort they took to in bringing a baby stroller up the stairs and did not want to send them back down. How rude of the customers but Steve handled it very well I thought. Then our server Vanessa was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive and super patient especially since I kept getting her name wrong. I fell in love with the option of ordering half an eggs benedict and still the pancake special. The food was delicious and service superb! I cannot wait to come back and bring my husband.
not as good as usual today food was barely warm...service was not very good. Think we just had a bit of bad luck...will try again.
To enjoy Charlotte is to enjoy the hidden treasures within. There is so much to say from the service (Riley is phenomenal), the management (Elliot has a great team which makes his life that much better), to the outstanding meal options. All I will say is go check it out and you will connect all the dots. #TheSerialConnector
Great breakfast spot with unique food offerings and great eggs Benedict. Call retro setting and very clean. Definitely worth a stop.
What an AWESOME place! (Almost) everything on the menu can be made vegan by swapping out the eggs for tofu scramble and asking for no cheese/butter. They also had a soyrizo meatless option but I did not try it. There was a wait for a table, but we sat at the bar right away and thank goodness because we got to watch the bartender Adriana work her magic! She was rocking all the Sunday Brunch server tickets and the bar top like a queen. Also, the playlist is choice. Highly recommend the green chili sauce. We will definitely be back!
We just moved back to Charlotte and realized they had Snooze here now. Have eaten at their places in CO and always loved them. Atmosphere is always bright and cheerful and the food and service are what you always want and expect when visit a restaurant.
Since eating at a Snooze in Denver, we always look forward to having brunch at a Snooze in Charlotte when we visit. This was our first time at this particular Snooze, and the general manager was awesome. He told us a lot of info, including when one would be coming closer to us.
