SMS Catering Services did an Excellent job on my 50th Birthday Celebration in Charlotte NC. I was pleased with the promptness, cleanliness and the professionalism they showed to me and my guests. I was treated with royalty and will definitely use them again in the future.
Mr. Freeman and his staff went above and beyond our expectations. They were prompt, courteous and extremely professional. The food was prepared in a timely fashion and they were ready to go at the exact time we requested. Bob stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole process. I highly recommend and would give 10 stars if allowed. Use them for all your catering needs. You will not be disappointed
SMS exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was how responsive Bob was from start to finish. Bob and his team did everything they said they were going to do, and even showed up early to begin setup. The food was tasty, hot and served with a smile. We were meant to have our party at this venue. It was absolutely incredible, and went off without a hitch. The food was excellent, and the venue was beautiful. We had wings, fried shrimp oysters, and the fruit tower. It was absolutely beyond anything I had envisioned. Beyond that, Robert and Bob made the planning process easy and enjoyable. They were responsive, flexible, and always professional, and went out of their way to accommodate any and all requests. I cannot recommend Sms Catering enough!
Wonderful dealing with Bob! We needed catering for a party 3 days away and he made it happen! Extremely professional and accommodating. Food was excellent, his son Robert came in and set up and Helen came and stayed until the end. I highly recommend this catering service and will certainly use it again. Thanks so much!
What an amazing meal for our wedding. We chose the Luau theme with roasted pig and it was beyond amazing. Not only that but their follow through and preparation prior to the event with multiple phone calls just to check for any changes was wonderful. I had to change our date 3 times due to Covid and they worked with me each time. Highly recommend
SMS Catering service catered my party and they were great to work with. Everything was set up and beautiful for the event. The food was great. Their venue is a hidden gem in Charlotte. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for a beautiful place to host an event.
I can't thank SMS Catering for making my son's rehearsal party such a success. The food arrived early (they chop the pork fresh!) and was set up before our guests arrived. They brought everything needed for food service. The food was outstanding- every guest raved about it. The customer service was even better with both Bob and Robert literally catering to each guest. And a special note... our son's wedding was postponed 2 weeks after 2 of the bride's sisters contracted Covid. Not only did SMS offer to postpone the event with NO penalty, but they were free to be rebooked on the new date. I'll use SMS catering exclusively from now on!
Mr.Bob is awesome I just recently had my wedding here and everything was fabulous the food was spectacular and my guest raved about the space and how welcoming the staff was I will be using the facility again
My wedding was June 12, 2021 and I had choose roast beef and grilled chicken. Literally all of my guest said the food was disgusting, cold and had no flavor. The first thing I ate was the green beans and they was so nasty. Even though this was my wedding day I will never forgot how bad the food was . The company don’t allow you to sample the food. They told me that the roast beef is a slab and it was be extremely expensive to sample.I was quite embarrassed to hear everyone talk about how nasty the food was because I trusted sms catering.I don’t recommend you book this catering company unless you want to be disappointed. Also, my friends were trying to stop me from looking out the window because they arrived late. The food is as set up late.I was not happy as a bride because of all of this. Very disappointed because we spent so much money with this company.
