I ordered a small Lemon, Ginger and Spinach Smoothie. I also added Whey Protein. It was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! It was well blended and very satisfying. The staff was friendly, very patient and helpful!!! I will be back real soon!?

Just went there this morning, and was really pleased with the great customer service I received. I believe that her name was Maya, and she went the extra mile to make sure my smoothie was just right. I got a Keri Champ Berry smoothie from another location earlier in the week which tasted awfully watered down- it’s the first time that this ever happened to me at Smoothie King. I was telling Maya about it, and so as she was preparing my order, she helped me to customize it and gave me samples to make sure that it turned out just the way I wanted it to be. She was patient and kind and very professional the whole time. I was very impressed with her demeanor overall - thank you Maya!!
Lately there have been people out front with a table set up harassing people as they walk in about one cause or another. Super annoying.Got a nice call from the owner and this issue has been addressed! This business appreciates their customers feedback!
Ordered 2 40 Oz. Of the same smoothie. Got 2 40 Oz. 2 different colors. Both tasted wrong in a different way that is the opposite from way I described I wanted my smoothie. Then when I returned my smoothies and wanted my refund a complete refund was denied because they are out of pennies for a transaction that was paid with my debit card. Also was denied my receipt they said because person that took my order already threw away my receipt. Waste if time, waste of money. This location is the only one I've ever had bad experience with and was beyond horrible. Left bad taste in my mouth both literally and figuratively.
Smoothies are always good but why are you not open until 10?!?! Who wants a smoothie that late? I’ve come there so many times around 7 or 8 and your closed….

Good experiences. But last night the credit card machine was down. And I did not know the policy had changed for $5 special. So when I tried to order on the app, it indicated no pickup times available. The cashier indicated its probably because they will be closing in 30 minutes. I was right in front of the register. It should be changed to 15 minutes before closing. I will try again next week.
