Went here last week, my smoothie was made to perfection. The staff was friendly, the shop was clean, and easy to get to. For anyone who not been to Smoothie King yet, I recommend coming by and checking it out!

Waited very long for my smoothie when it was only me and one other person ordering. It tasted wonderful, and I’m thankful for that, but don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. You will definitely be late to whatever you’re on your way to.
Well I’ve went here twice. Customer service was great the first visit. But the smoothie was do gross I couldn’t drink it! The guy who made it was messing up the recipe instead of remaking it he added more to it. I ordered a small ended up with a extra large . Went today explained and asked somebody else to make it. If I wasn’t watching him it would have been wrong again. They need to do better I won’t be back.
Had to give a 5 star. The manager was literally there running the shift by herself! Everyone seemed to had called in. She moved the line and completed orders as if it was three of her there! Solo dolo!
I normally have great customer service at this store. But today was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.I walk in. Literally no other customers in the store. I stand at the counter, now usually when I walk in, someone greets me by saying hello.3 gentleman working behind the counter, notonce did they acknowledge, or even have the decency to say we will be right with you.I stood there almost 5 minutes, and finally left.Not to mention working in food service hair should be pulled back or in a net.And employees shouldnt be wearing earbuds.Its obviously these gentlemen were young.
I placed my order online last week. The pickup time was 6:27. I arrived at the store at 6:30. Went inside, there was literally no other customers in the store…..just three female employees. When I pull up my husband and i can see them in the store dancing and playing around. But i can also see that there are no drinks ready for pickup on the counter. I go In I let Them know that I was There to pick up an online order and the app said my drinks should be ready. One of the employees, who was just leaning on the counter tells one of the other employees that she ‘ain’t fixing no smoothies today’. I ignored it, the other employee starts fixing the drinks. i wanted to beat the rain and just go. So I go Outside and wait in the car A few more minutes and it starts to POUR down! So I called In the store and ask if as a courtesy someone could bring my order out to my car, 1. since it’s pouring down now 2. My drinks weren’t ready when they were supposed to be 3. It’s now like 10 minutes past my original pick up time and 4. There are still NO customers in the store. The employee tells me no she can’t bring them out since I didn’t order curbside pickup. So I dash In the store SOAKING wet and they’re all giggling and mumbling under their breath, mainly the short one with the bun/ball on her head. I explain To them that their customer service is AWEFUL. I tell Them how disappointing it is to have to explain the importance of customer service and that I’m also a small business owner so im sure the manager would not be pleased. Needless to say they wouldn’t give me the store number, when I called Several days later I was Told that the manager only comes in on Saturdays. And just today when I called To speak with the manager I was Told that he/she would be on vacation until August 1st. So that’s why I’m writing this review. It isn’t the first time I’ve had poor customer service at this location….with at least 1 of those 3 employees present. It’s sad and shameful, and I’m sure the parents aren’t even aware of how their kids are behaving. Do better.
First time visiting smoothie King and loved it. So many unique options to pick from. Healthy or not, they got the quality.
Decent smoothies, not like Tropical or Red Mango. But not bad either!
