This location discriminate they close at 9pm it was 8:20pm and she told use she couldn’t make drink ?????? It was me and my sister and my brother in law we where together but was 3 different transactions but still she didn’t want but she didn’t had an issue with the other people that was in line waiting.
I went to smoothie king from having a tough evening from another establishment and staff member Charles completely changed my attitude. Went in for a large smoothie and left with feeling appreciated as a customer. He doesn't even know it. Definitely a 5 star for hospitality! Thank you!!!!!
I went here on Valentine’s Day on the way home from the airport. I happened to come to this location a lot when I lived in the area. I was here multiple times per week. It’s been about a year and “oh my god” I will never come back. I paid $23 for 2 smoothies. What in the world happened? I used to come on fridays as well where u got any size $5. I’m done smoothie king I won’t come again. I can certainly afford this but I’m not going to pay that price. What a ripoff!
This is like the 2nd time that we go to this Smoothie King before 9:00 PM and they just standing there looking at us cause they have locked the doors. Before their closing times. If they gone close before 9 then they need to have their hours posted on the door.
I love Smoothie King very much! But there is one reason I will definitely be going to this particular location. And that reason is because of a really awesome person, his name is Charles. If you go to this location, I hope Charles will be the one to take your order. He made my experience with the Prosperity Church Rd location very warm and welcoming, and very professional. Charles deserves a bonus and recognition, for his excellent customer service.
