Zero stars is the appropriate rating for the experience I had at the N. Tryon location. Very poor customer service. Staff should always know how to talk to customers. I previously went there every day but will be taking my business elsewhere.
I enjoyed a smoothie from this Smoothie King one afternoon to take with me while walking around the university lake. Their smoothies are creamy and delicious. I love the Banana Boat, and the chocolate peanut butter smoothie.
So they require customers to have a face mask to buy but their employees can wear there face mask like a scarf……..

Literally says open including Labor Days hours online. I get here and the sign says open but it's not lights off woth an open sign. What an inconvenience.
This location has very bad customer service after the manager leaves, they are not forcing the face mask mandate. Employees are not wearing mask properly.
Go to the smoothie king in concord they do military discount, they have a drive through and better management and customer service. Just an overall better location. Even the smoothies taste better. Idk how when they are the same ingredients but that location is just better
Order was wrong, when I walked back in the employee already knew and started making it. The new smoothie was incorrect also. Everyone seems tired of the job. Why not quit then?
