Cannot tell you how many times Ive come to this location during open hours with the open sign LIT… yet the doors are closed and no ones there. Just pathetic. Save your time and go to another one nearby
I ordered a smoothie in the smoothie king app on 11/06/21 with a pick up time of 2:06. I walked into the store at the time of pickup and couldn’t find an employee. I waited for 5-7 minutes, yelled out and an employee walked out from the back. I told her I placed an order in the app, and she said they had not received it. I showed her my receipt, she said she would begin to make it, but disappeared again to the back. She came out again after 5 minutes and said she didn’t know how to make it because “I don’t have the ingredients.” I asked, do you not have the ingredients or do you not have the order? She responded, “I don’t know what ingredients to put in the drink without the order slip being printed out.” I told her exactly what I ordered and how there were zero modifications. She said, “no I can’t make the drink for you” and also refused to provide me with a refund. She said there is no manager in house and wrote down my name and information for the owner or manager. I’m now having to complete a charge back with my bank over a $10.00 smoothie. Go to a different location.

I waited 35 minutes for my one smoothie (walk-in order), on my day off. Yayyyy!!! No manager anywhere. Only three people ahead of me. They were getting mobile orders and doing most of them before my walk in order. After 25 minutes, I asked them for status on my order, and they didn't even have it in their system. I've been a loyal customer for years, but I guess I will find another place.
Saw a baby roach on the counter and was immediately turned off. Are their blended roaches in my smothie?
I was pleasantly pleased pulling up! Easy to find. Very clean inside. Some new faces. Valeree helped me yesterday and I was amazed at her customer service! I get a strange smoothie which requires some extra attention and it was so good!! Love to see teenagers working with a smile (even under the mask)!
Roaches......real bad...killed my appetite....ask the you lady that opened this morning...
If I could give no stars I honestly would these kids are so unprofessional every time I go in here. I work in the food industry so I don’t expect them to be perfect but at this point it’s just sad. I just walked attempted to enter the store and before I could open the door all the way a kid comes from the back asking me to leave and “give him 5 minutes”. I usually place the order online so I don’t have to interact with these kids. Where’s the manager? Whose in charge here? They need guidance.
@smoothieking The level of rudeness I just experienced at your location in Charlotte, NC is ridiculous. 1) I was not greeted by anyone while others were. (BEFORE AND AFTER ME) I had to speak to her. I stood there in front of her and I had to speak. 2) My receipt was tossed while my hand was out to receive it. 3)I asked the 2nd young lady after she made my smoothie if my receipt could be reprinted she says " I think so". She proceeds to ask the woman who just tossed mine in the trash. She says no. And proceeds to get my receipt out of the trash. YES OUT OF THE TRASH!
