This was the first time I had ever been to this location but I go to Smoothie King pretty often. Since I was in a hurry I did a mobile order with curbside pickup. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, I went inside and it was sitting, completely melted in the pickup area. Again, I was in a hurry and didn't have the time to fight it or have them make me another. I left and threw it away. I will not be returning.
I live smoothie king and visit weekly but this store was not impressive. Rude customer service. Was not greeted for a god minute and was only customer in the store. Waites while the lady washes dishes and pulled out fruit. Not the smoothie king vibe my family enjoys.
I ordered 12 smoothies online and by the time I arrived they were boxed and ready to go. Seamless process. Thanks again ladies.
Never again. This thug with face tattoos waited on me. He was hot, but no. Dude was so rude I almost walked out. Smoothie was good, but, nah. I don’t need a smoothie that bad.
I place an order online each time because the workers are so rude and I don’t want to deal with them!!!
Customer service was terrible, drinks came out chunky & not drinkable. They did not want to fix it at all.
