So Smoothie King is more of a healthy place where people who work out can go and get something to help them out. They mostly had smoothies that aimed towards giving you more energy, more muscles or recovery. That sort of thing.Smoothie king is very different than their sibling SweetFrog next door; as sweets and cookies are nowhere to be found here. They do have fruity smoothies, but only a few available. No chocolate here.I was helped out by Jazzline who helped me understand how to use the app and even guided me to using a code for $2 off my first smoothie.The staff made my order in only a few minutes and I was off on my way soon. The inside was very clean. Awesome experience!
The customer service at this location has been good. I visited today to get my daily workout smoothie. The male employee had his airpods in his ears listening to loud music that I could hear it. He came up to the register and did not say anything, I gave him my order, he was like huh? I repeated my order again and I was like did you get it, there was no answer from him. I paid and he just walled away ?
Staff members Dan and Heather were absolutely great. I don't usually like smoothies but with both of their input they managed to make me the best smoothie I've ever tried. I'd recommend visiting them.
Love the smoothies here. Delicious ? Dan and Heather know their stuff when it comes to smoothies. They are friendly, knowledgeable about what goes in them and what's good for you and kind. Thanks guys, I'll be back for sure!!!

I went to the smoothie king on south Tryon and I was helped by Stacy, and he was very helpful in telling about the different types of smoothies and recommendations. He provided excellent customer service while I was in the store and made the experience a pleasure! I'll definitely be coming back in the near future.
I have to say that I come to this location because of Stacey. He has excellent customer service and when he makes my smoothies, they are PERFECT! He sure is an asset to Smoothie King.
