This is the second time I have come to this location and I order the peanut power plus and they do not add peanut butter. I told them today that it was not added and the guy looked and me and said “yup it was” when clearly it wasn’t and walked away. It is disappointing that they don’t know how to make their smoothie or could careless. Customer service is key. It’s a waste of money when you don’t get what you want.
Loved it!! The guy whobt took my order was very friendly and ready to answer any questions about ingredients. I loved what I chose and cant wait to try other flavors. It didnt take too long to be readh but didnt understand why other customers who arrived and made their order after mw, got their smoothies first.
Customer service here was awful. Has been awful. Went today at 1:50 pm, the woman at register was not listening everyone had an attitude at the job. There were three women working. The smoothie was awful just gross. Sent it back. Their machine wasn’t working to take my payment then they tried to keep me from accessing the smoothie until they could get their machine to work, which they never got it up. We waited like 5 mins to try to process payment. We just sent the smoothies back. Will not be returning. Go to the smoothie king in SC in fort mill near showmars and esporta. They are WAYYYYYY BETTER
Clean with friendly workers. Little wait time. My smoothie was great!

Today's service was absolutely horrible. The young men on this shift ultimately do a great job. However the young lady on this shift today was more concerned with playing around and discussing her personal problems then making smoothies. She forgot my second smoothie ? then didn't make it correctly. The young man who didn't even take my order told her it was missing the coco.... she walked away and left it for him to finish. He apologized but both smoothies where just flat out nasty and excessively watery..... please hire people that actually want to work ... 20 mins was wasted and $14 down the drain ...

Definitely recommend the chocolate activator! Coffee high protein is awesome to have after a morning run or if you need that extra energy to go to work!
