Great experience!! Cashier was super friendly and very attentive. Our orders were fast and efficient. Very clean. Not too busy and this was around 4pm on a Friday.I order the New cape cod sandwich with American cheese. On Fridays, it is a buy one cod at regular price get one fish sandwich for $1. My daughter ordered the kids meal with a two piece chicken tenders.Family friendly as well.FYI: No Apple Pay. Either download the app and order ahead or they can add your card number at the cash register manually.
The young lady behind the counter as you walk in has the BEST personality!!! She quickly took our order and then delivered our burgers (one cheeseburger and one Swiss cheese and mushroom burger with sweet potato fries). The restroom and restaurant were both extremely clean. This is my first time at this location and it won't be my last. The other location at Cotswold has a great staff but the restaurant is never as clean as this one.
The burger was fine and pretty tasty. The Smashfries hardly had any rosemary flavor which is the drawing factor to getting those kind. Each of our 3 entrees came with a few ketchup packets, which would have been fine except for the fact that most of them had some gooey substance on the outside of the packet. The wait time was about 25 minutes for 3 burgers and fries. One of us had the tots and they were really good. We'll be back some day but I'm in no rush.
I really enjoy coming to this location. The staff is friendly, and the lobby is always clean upon arrival, and the food is always up to standard. 100% recommend stopping by for a quick bite or sit down and relax.
I Ordered the kids cheeseburger.But the cheese is missing and the patty is dried. The potatoes are over cooked and the vegetables are not fresh.And I don't understand why they need note no American.
Amazing service, as soon as I entered I was greeting the nicest guy. Ordered online and my order came out as soon as I entered the store. One of the employees was leaving her shift and the manager, I suppose, offered her a meal on the house for her day of work. As a former food worker I love management actually being good at managing their employees. Great vibes!
I can sum my first at smash burger as an experience unlike any other. The burger was good but the show was impeccable. The staff was cool and collected, very professional, and great people. I Would Highly recommend.
Great juice burgers! Eat on plate with no bun and was delicious. Lady was so nice and helpful being my first time and was please for the little things like I could exchange raw onions for grilled. Yeepee found a new favorite restaurant
Awesome awesome burger!!! I had a regular double smash burger. Cooked great and wasn’t salty at all!! The toppings was fresh and I got the famous smash sauce on the side. Only took one star away because the fries are thin and was cooked to long. Also location only take card no cash or anything else. Imagine going inside smelling the delicious food thinking you are about to get a great burger and you only have cash on you lol. Other than that great burgers would definitely go back again.
Came here one time when the power was out and unfortunately wasn’t able to eat there. However, I came back a couple days later and was greeted with excellent service! I was offered complementary items as a result of not being able to be served the other day, and the staff was super generous! The food arrived quick and I had a overall positive experience.
