We came to have dinner here on a Wednesday night and they would not allow us to get the free kids meals. The lady stated that the deal ended with the guy in front of us instead of a specific time. So I asked what time does the deal end and she then looks at her phone and says" I guess 8:20". I placed my order at 8:25. The only reason we came was because kids are suppose to eat free. I and very disappointed and highly upset with the service. I spent over $50. I will never come here again for any reason.
I was pleasantly impressed. The service was great and the burgers were fantastic. I will definitely be back. First impression sold me on service and quality. Top notch burgers. Look forward to trying the Cod sandwich.Thanks for for great service & tasty food.
Waited for almost 40 minutes before leaving without food.Staff cannot handle work properly during busy hours.The guy who looks like is the manager was not polity neither helpful while I was trying to get my refund.Good food, poor management.Btw, there were at least 10 people waiting for food including doordashers.
We were greeted at the door and welcomed with smiling faces. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and had fast delivery to our table from our curtious hostess. The food was savory and hot, the sweet potato fries where crispy and salty. Overall the experience exceeded our expectations and our Sunday lunch was exceptionally pleasant.
Smash burger was really good. Fries were hot and crispy. Cashier wasn’t at all friendly. Appeared to be angry. Dining room not very clean.
Got a truffle burger and fries. Food was HOT and fresh.You order at the counter, pay, and they bring you their food. Ms. T was an amazing cashier. She was super friendly and helpful. She even remembered my name and used it to say goodbye. Excellent service!
Came in at 745pm to grab a burger. Attempted to order online, but looks like they froze online order. As a restaurant manager, I get it. Total cool waiting or even being told, kitchen slammed we arenet taking orders at the moment, instead I Walked in, the expo who I also assumed was the manager just looked at me, called for a *server* through the window a few times. Noone came or said *Hey, give em one second and we will be with you* . He continued to act like I wasn't standing there waiting to order. I won't eat somewhere that doesn't wanna serve me or attempt to force a team memeber to talk me.. this would be the 2nd time at this location. I cut my loss and went to Chick-fla. Kitchen throws great food, but service sucks.
Called 6 times before finally being able to get someone on the phone. Once I got someone on the phone they put me on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up called again no answer again. Called an additional time, someone answered and asked what I wanted then put me on hold again for 5 minutes. Long story short, wasted my whole lunch trying to order just a basic burger. Terrible service. Won’t be coming back.
This was my first time trying smash burger. It was delicious. The burgers are cooked to order so there was a little wait maybe 10 mins to get my order during the lunch hour. Nothing to complain about here. Single burger, drink and fries came up to about $11.
First time here and it was not worth the price. The burger was good but the sweet potato fries were burnt. To ensure customer service is good, u need more than one runner.
