Overpriced 15 dollars for a small burger and small fries lol you seriously better off going to Wendy’s or Sonics I just ate there and I’m probably going to have to cook soon they got me lol never again

We had the double classic burger to get the National Burger Day discount. The burgers were good, but there was too much sauce. The wrapping paper was wet from all the sauces leaking. They give you an average amount of fries which could be more considering the price of $2.79. The fries had a reasonable amount of salt. Overall, the service was quick, tables clean and food was good.
The first time I hate here I I inhaled then suddenly all my food was gone lol. Now I know why it was called smash burgers
Smash burgers are great any time. The fries have a garlic flavor. This is one of my favorite spots. When I visit Charlotte it is my comfort food. The burger has a unique taste than more common burger places.
So I ended up working really late one evening and this was 2 mins away so I stopped here because I have fond memories of their guac baja burger and smash fries. Now I have to admit the last time I had them was probably 3 years ago but I remember them being really good!I was a quite disappointed because what I had was nothing like my memories of it! The burger was wet and had too much raw onion! The fries were good but not great!If you have fond memories of their food then let them stay as memories, don't try to relive them!!!
Omg my experience was wonderful from the moment I got to the counter to order. Ebony was the cashier. I notified her of a severe allergy that I have. She immediately notified the GM (who was on the grill and that's amazing to see a GM basically humble himself) they both took precautions to ensure no contamination was done. They checked the ingredients of the sauce to guarantee that I can have it. I definitely appreciated how friendly and sincere Ebony was and it made me feel valued. Kudos to this location. It was my first time in smash burger and definitely won't be the last and that's because of the service I received plus the food is pretty darn delicious.
The burger was good but way too much oil.

Always someone there to help with questions if I'm down to try something new. Jimmy st the montfird Ave (Charlotte, nc) was awesome. Most of all our food TO INCLUDE FOOD FRIES were hot when served
