Poor customer service. 2 visits and between missing food and awful service I will not return. If you go make sure to check your orders. Missing whole meals, sauces wrong or missing. Food is bland and customer service leaves a bad taste. Zaxbys is better and cheaper.

The chicken ? was good. It was hot, fresh, and came out quick. It could use some better seasoning. Quite a large portion for under $10. I ordered the classic tenders which came with fries ? and texas toast ?.A spicy tender option that didn't involve sauce would be great. The staff was polite and attentive. Good beverage choices like teas, lemonade, and soda.
I’ve given this place three times and I’m sad to say I won’t be back. The tenders have ALWAYS been dry. They forget to pack the sauces/salad dressings consistently, and they don’t answer the phone for curbside. The fries are usually salty too. I’ll make a trip to Zaxby’s instead. I’m sorry.
Nice! New store. Dine in. Order at the counter and they bring the food to you. My only complaint is you have to be careful what you order. I order 7 tender meal and they only brought out 5 tenders. So count your chickens. (They quickly fix the mistake for me)
Food was hot and fresh! Nothing unique about the chicken. The sauce was basic and not a lot of flavor. Quick drive thru and very nice staff. Brownie in the mason jar was really good.
Slim Chicken should be called Big Chicken. You gonna lick the sauce off your fingers because of the flavor. Good portions, good service & food was hot.
All in all good experience! Service was slow, but workers were friendly. They are also somewhat pricey, but the food was good. The inside is nice, reminds me of a Freddy's. Inside is somewhat clean. The girl running food out was very hardworking! As well as whatever manager was on duty.
My household seemed to enjoy their orders! We've had the classic chicken sandwich, korean barbecue wings, buffalo wings, barbecue wings and chicken wrap. Now on 3/21/22 yesterday I ordered 2 Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches and upon leaving and checking my bag I was prepared 2 chicken wraps. Checked my receipt and I was checked out for 2 Buffalo Chicken wraps. Okay I swallowed that pill bc I didn't feel like having them go through trashing and preparing a sandwich. Then got home to eat it and there wasn't a drip of buffalo sauce on either wrap??♀️. So we just ate what we had, but it sucked to not get what I ordered.
Very clean, friendly staff and the food was great. The chicken fingers had so much flavor and I liked that you got to choose 2 Sauces with your tenders instead of just . The slim sauce, honey mustard and homemade ranch were my top 3. 10/10 recommend
