If you want a fish and shrimp meal let me tell you this is the place to go!! I have to say that my coworkers and I enjoyed how the selection of fish to choose from and the service is top notch. Everything was made fresh to order. The deserts brownies and banana pudding so good. Our office will certainly be coming back. The staff is friendly and was very accommodating. I placed a delivery order online and they forgot my banana pudding. When I called the said they would give me one on my next order. The next time I placed a delivery order online I called for the banana pudding I was owed. They said they would put it in my order. They forgot my banana pudding again. I called and asked for a manager and asked for a refund for the pudding and she said her GM would have to do that. She gave me his number and told me to text him for my refund. The manager said the GM will be expecting my message. I messaged the GM and never heard back.
If I could no stars, I would. It seems like the past couple times I ordered from here something was was wrong. I was given a completely different order than what I ordered once and now today at 8:46PM I get my food after waiting for so long. I’m about to eat my greens and noticed a whole bug in my food. I’m highly upset to say the least. Do better
First time here and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. Really good and fresh. Will definitely be back when I return to Charlotte.

NEVER AGAIN.Our office had gotten lunch from this location several times with good success.. Today was awful... French Fries Raw, incorrect orders, attitude from staff and breading falling off the fish / shrimp were just the highlights of the days order. Seemed like the staff was more interested in playing around rather than serving their customers... Well they don't have to worry about us ever ordering again.
I had a great first experience here today from the customer service with Ms Lovey to the food! I'm from DMV and felt like I was eating from home. I will be back!

I got the Shrimp and Crab Meat Po boy with fried okra and it was delicious! I realized later I wish the Po boy had lettuce, tomato, etc....but that didn't slow me down from devouring it! TONS of shrimp and the side of okra was hot, tasty, and a good size portion! I'll be going back for sure!
We recently moved to the area and this is really close to our new place so we wanted so badly to love it. I’ll start with this: the food was so so good. So fresh. (Cooked in what tasted like old grease but the fish and shrimp and chicken itself was really good)However, it’s unlikely we will be back. We ordered inside a but before 6pm and didn’t get our food until 7:15. An hour and twenty minutes. When we ordered we were told it’d be about 10-15 minutes. At the 30 min mark I asked if they were working on ours yet and she let me know it’d be just a few more minutes. I really should have cancelled then - I would have if i had known it’d be another hour! We kept thinking “it’s been xxx long, we may as well wait a few more minutes”.. over and over. There were people there before us waiting the same amount of time and it was just chaos.I totally understand being backed up and understaffed.. but someone should have told us it’d be a while. Given us the option to decide if we wanted to wait that long or not.Overall, with the old grease and insane wait time, we probably won’t be back. Which is a bummer! We so badly wanted to love this place. It would be such a convenient go-to spot.
