Food has been mediocre lately a lot of young kids working they need to be trained on customer service.
I had the pepper jam pita burger and it was great, the food was served quickly and the staff were great.

Re- modeled, clean, and the food is always fresh at the Little Rock location in Charlotte!
I paid 15$ for a fish plate. I asked that the fish be fried soft and no seasoning on the fries. The fish was hard and dry and the fries had seasoning on it . The fries on top didn’t have seasoning salt on them when I checked it before leaving. Once I got back to work I was able to see how jacked up my order was. 15$ Wasted last time I’ll eat at the bucket
Our first visit was a good experence. We had a chicken pita and a gyro pita. Both were good. Service was unexceptional. We will probably look for another place next time.

I ordered the Greek Salad with salmon. It was quite tasty. I did not order ahead so I had to wait. My fault, but the team had a hustle about them. Here is my one thing that would take you from three to five. 1. Your employees on the front line should have on belts. a young man bent over twice and the first time his GRAY underwear were exposed and the second time, the top of his buttocks was opposed. The young lady working the counter was really nice and helpful. However, her loud conversation about her social media accounts, who she had blocked, and the customer she exclaimed she knew and called gay was inappropriate. Little things like that is what would make this Showmars Show STARS!!!!!
Do not eat at this location. My mother and I visited this location on 3/5/22 and we both got super sick. We were visiting Charlotte and it was the only thing we ate all day. We both got the fried flounder with fries and tarter sauce. We had raging diarrhea that night and felt awful. So disappointed.
5 stars for the girls behind the counter busting there butts! They were very busy, we hit right before the lunch rush. They had a great attitude, and lots of smiles. Food was decent, but the staff gave it the 5 stars. Keep up the good work ladies. And especially keep up the great attitude!
