Great Food. We had the fish and shrimp platter. Fried perfectly and the portion was a great size. The server was very pleasant.
Showmars was excellent. The 2 gentlemen that brought our silverware and food were super sweet, very personable, and we gave the food guy a good laugh. The food was heavenly. The shakes were phenomenal and my kids always eat good here. They like the hummus and chicken plate for the kids. They really love the pita as well. I always get the chicken pita it is one of the best things!
Everything was so good. People were very nice. I gave 3 stars because the Mac n cheese portion for kids was too small. Both kids needed to order more food. 5 year old and 7 year old.
"World's Famous Flounder Sandwich" Ohhh man. I ordered 3 on Wednesday, 2 Thursday, & 2 today. Definitely my favorite item. Nice sized sandwich overloaded with fish. Just how I like it ?? Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good fish sandwich.
10 Pasta Salad has a more Mediterranean taste. I got a pint to go. Loaded with protein, I ate it for breakfast & lunch.Twist soft drink great, too.Gyro meat is fine if you put salt on it.Tzatziki sauce needs garlic. But this is Greek-American, so …? warm green atmosphere.?? very helpful.
If I could give this location no stars I would. They are so dismissive. Only cater to certain people. Not everyone is appreciated and excepted and it hurts. I've been going to this location since it open. To see this change is sad, but please get a more diverse staff that may help resolve this issue. Don't just have the brown people in the back cooking. Put some of them in front to assist that may stop some of your issues. And please give customers all there food. I've been shorted a side to many times. Do better
In a word, excellent! The service was fast and courteous during lunch rush! The food was fresh and delicious with a helping anyone would need a doggy bag for. By far my best Showmar’s experience.
First lunch guests that day. Counter person was very helpful and friendly. Greek salad was fresh and actually too big. Did notice not as much Gyro meat as last time but was tasty.
Pros: This location is open until 9pm but the others close at 8. It was 7:40 when I called to place my order.My order was ready when I picked it up.Cons: This location doesn't have fried okra. I ordered two flounder and shrimp dinners... apparently, they don't have flounder either because we were given tilapia instead. I'm unsure if they were out of flounder and the restaurant chose to substitute or the cook made the decision but no one advised me, the paying customer. The onion rings were very bland. The tartar sauce wasn't the best.
Delicious food at good prices. The chicken Santorini platter is outstanding, as is the Greek salad. Service is fast and friendly as well. You prepay for food here, which is far faster and more convenient than waiting on a server to bring the check to your table. That makes Showmars a good option for working lunches and/or those in a hurry who still want something healthier than fast food.
