My order was a little messed up ? but I still LOVEEEEE ? them, the Gyro ? and the fish (tilapia) was good (fried a little hard and I didn't want fries ?) but once again I was pushing it cause they was about to close. But they still get 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The food was so yummy and the customer service was great. The workers chatted with me while I waited for my food. The food also comes in big quantities and take out was very very fast.
I’m very upset with Showmars right now. One my entrees was left off my order when I picked up on 6/25/22 at 8:37 and spoke with Ashleigh at University Showmars I was told to just give them her name and this order will be replaced. Today I’m being told that Ashleigh didn’t out the information in the book so my order can’t be replaced after I’ve already paid for and insisted for them to refund the portion of the order that was missing . I was told it couldn’t be refunded. And to just call back and have the order replaced and now I’m being accused of trying to get free food instead of being giving the food that was promised that I originally paid for and never received. And I really fell like this happened because I’m a black male. And I was told you guys do this a lot and I can’t help so this is the end of my phone call. Very rude and disrespectful. I am giving one star ⭐️ because of the blonde hair in the rice(picture attached). It is very long hair. Just to clarify I am a man having black hair. This restaurant was just a walk away from my hotel where I was staying. I went there and ordered some vegetarian sides to take them to the office since the office doesn’t have the cafeteria opened due to pandemic. The lady who my order totally messed up. I ordered 2 pilaf rice and pita bread and hummus. She ordered the large fries and only the pita bread. What would you do with the pita bread without the hummus or any side? After seeing the amount charged I was suspicious and asked the manager who was very helpful. I appreciate his support. It was my bad luck I didn’t have the order copy as well. He figured the ordered and tried to help me. When I told him the issue he tried to help him to get the hummus but charged almost 3$ for a complimentary cup of hummus. The story never ends here. I took the order and returned to the total. After opening the box I saw the fries ? instead of rice and I went back and told the manager. He was very accommodating and ready to offer me the free but I insisted to pay and paid the bill. I took the rice and return the hotel. The quantity of the food is very less and the pilaf rice was dry and tasteless. It was rubbery and hard to eat. The size of hummus is so less.If you pay this much money you get amount of it. This is ridiculous. The size of pita bread is very small. It never looked like a pita bread.

Fast and friendly service. Clean restaurant. Delicious food. Can’t really go wrong with anything on the menu. Even have a beyond burger for those who don’t eat meat. I tried the fish sandwich and tots special and it was delish.
The restaurant is nicely designed and the food is generally good. However, the service is lousy. Counter staff are not sanitary, boxing food and preparing drinks without washing hands. I observed several counter employees exchange money and even walk in from the street without sanitizing and who began food prep and service.Orders are backlogged and delayed service to customers due staff playing around or not acknowledging customers. Prepared plates/dishes were sitting in the counters for long periods of time and still served. I refused my personal order which had been sitting on the counter in back of less than observant staff for twenty-five minutes.New and attentive restaurant staff are needed here to improve customer service.

Alright now. I've already told Google that every time they suggest giving this showmars a review it's going to be 5 every time!!! I love this showmars location! Food is on point! They are always nice! Food is on point! Could stay open a little later, but not a problem. Food is on point!
