Very friendly staff. Got my order quickly. Burgers were really good but let’s talk about that Oreo cookie funnel cake milkshake….that’s worth the trip alone. By far one of the most delicious milkshakes I’ve had. I would add pics but it was all so good I wasn’t putting the food down
Simple feedback, ordered a no cheese double burger... got cheese and then the bun looked like half bitten... second time... gave it back to a team member I got "sorry" not even an offer to remake it... the KIDS that work there are kids and no need to get upset at them... I just walked out... money well spent...
Was really craving a cheeseburger, tots, and a shake last night. We went through the trouble of downloading and ordering through their app and picking up our food curbside in order to save $20 versus using DoorDash.They decided not to put any cheese on my cheeseburger, my measly 9 tots were so greasy and burnt they were inedible, and my VANILLA milkshake had several cookie chunks in it as if they didn’t bother to clean the shake machine prior. With the quality of the tots and burger, I was pleasantly surprised they weren’t dead bugs! For $4 tots, a $9 burger, and $7 shake, I really expect better.
It was amazing the foodbwas so good there was veg options for my friends and the chicken sandwich was so good as well as the root beer float
Most places which are hyped in charlotte are disappointing The best burgers ever. I've had more expensive ones in few other charlotte restaurants, but they cannot hold a candle to this one. The real challenge is how they maintain this consistency every day. I've never been disappointed ever my only disappointment is they now close at 8pm :-( Really [email protected]#!!

Absolutely nothing wrong with the food, it is what it is, I just prefer traditional style burgers better. If you are in the mood for a smash burger these are delicious. 4.5 stars but you can find my 5 star favorite in another review….
As a family friendly fav, they offer a variety for even the pickiest eaters. The menu is simple, but the food is fresh. While I'm not the biggest fan of the Crinkle Cut Fries - our family really enjoys them. It's a good burger and the lemonade or shakes make it for me. They have a great outdoor patio right next to the Blakney play area, so it's a great place to watch your children play while you enjoy your meal.
Decent burger but for the price and portion size, I would not visit again. This location is clean and well staffed but the burgers don’t justify the price. I was disappointed to say the least!
Mobile order was made so fast & the quality was incredible!! Definitely going back!
