There hammers taste great and they make a good shake. Not a fan of there fries and wish they had a better selection of shakes. Prices are also a little on the expensive side. Spent $30 on a double burger with bacon, a single cheese burger, one thing of fries a shake and a drink. But the burger taste a lot better than five guys, that’s for sure.
Burger was average. I ate in another Shake Shack previously and it was average as well. The burgers are way over hyped. The fries were over salted and cold. The service was slow. I'm eating at other local places that are much better that take care in their service and product.
Delicious burger. Love the fries too. Haven't had a root beer float in years and had one here.
Quick breakdown of the good the bad and the ugly.The good: The burger and fries were great. Very fresh and well made. These alone would have made a 5 stars had the following not occurred.The bad: The churro chocolate shake is horrible. We tried it and couldn’t drink it. We wanted to go back up and order other drinks but that was unlikely based on the next part of this review.The ugly: The wait was really long. It was a little busy but nothing unheard of. Our wait was 35-40 minutes and the lady up front said we try to get smaller orders out first. So basically order a bunch of single orders or you will be skipped until convenient for them.Food was good but not sure if this will be a regular spot.
Too many other great places in the area if you’re doing curbside or take-out. Don’t hold your breath for curbside. The ‘I’m here’ button rarely works so you have to go inside. Then, even though you pick up WELL WITHIN the pickup window they provided, the food is ice cold - like inedible cold! Oh, and don’t think you will call the location for any help… they never answer their phone, and the ability to leave a message doesn’t work either. Sigh! Now I understand why this location is never busy when every other Shake Shack That I’ve seen has a line out the door.
I’d only heard good things about them so I decided to give them a try. My shake was sickeningly sweet, all I tasted was sugar, no chocolate, no oreos, no creamy milk, just sugar. The fries were okay. The chicken bites were over oily, all I tasted was oil, no chicken, no breading, just oil. Never going to return.
Great burgers and sandwiches. I really like their hot dogs too. Will have to try their shakes - they look amazing!
This is what ShakeShack considers 6 chicken nuggets... 3 of them are not even nickel-size. Very poor!!!
We have wanted to try this location for awhile and since we were in the area, we stopped by. The bathroom stalls were out of seat covers and my stall was out of tissue. Luckily, my daughter was able to pass some from her stall.The food is small portions for the price. Overall value was poor. The burger was pink and I didn't know I had to ask for well-done. The chicken sandwich was good. The fries were okay.We can now check it off the list as a one and done.
I’ve ordered food from here many times. I’ve never had a problem the food, it’s always been very good! But today my partner and I both got a burger and they were both extremely salty. I always get the same burger every time and this was the first time it came out this salty. I hope this was just a one time thing, because I love eating there.
