Literally the best ramen i’ve ever had. I’ve had lots of ramen, but the meat and broth were just AMAZING. The meat literally melted in my mouth, I think about this ramen everyday. In fact, i’m going there in an hour with my boyfriend.
Boo hoo, hoped to finally try this place based on all the great reviews, but when I came on April 28, 2022, all I found was a "for lease" sign!If they were relocating to a dine-in restaurant, wouldn't they have posted something?
First ramen I’ve tried here in Charlotte. We enjoyed everything we ordered and so did the kids! Good atmosphere for dinner on NYE and was not busy.
Great appetizers and great Ramen. Pork belly buns and Shrimp shuimai is a must.
OMG!!!!The food here is simply out of this world!!! How could such big complex flavors come from such a little restaurant? I don't know but its utter magic I tell you. The staff was professional and courteous . If stick to your ribs comfort food is what you're looking for, this is the place! The only thing that would make it better would be more non-alcoholic and non-carbonated beverage options.
I lived in Japan for five years. I have been hard pressed to find a Ramen place as good as this. Everything was amazing. I ordered the Shumai, the Gyoza, and the #3 Ramen. Oh my goodness. The service was insanely fast, it came in a quick to go container, the noodles were cooked to a medium perfection. We will absolutely be returning! Great atmosphere, friendly employees, amazing service, and awesome food!!
OMG delicious, and I thought I was back in Japan! Almost like a little street vendor, but permanent, exactly like the shops in Tokyo. Seating is all along the side of the building (opposite side from the large parking lot). Nice big tables and little tables, umbrellas, etc. If it's raining it's not dry, so go along the back side of the building. We both got the miso style ramen. Perfectly portable bowls, and not tiny either! Fast service, good food, nice people. Definitely will favorite this place.
Quick yummy meal! Had #5 - Hizaru. Sat along old tracks and found plenty of open tables. Unfortunately no gluten free options.
Talk about delicious ramen! Everything full of flavor and truly worth it! Even in warm weather. Ramen was still undefeated ?
Great tonkotsu ramen. The noodles are good, the broth is great. This is the best I’ve had in Charlotte, but $15 is a bit extreme for noodles in a disposable bowl. The best ramen shops in Tokyo might charge that, but that isn’t outdoors in disposable dishes. Still, delicious!
