Loved my salad at Salata! I ate at this place in Plano, TX and fell in love. So excited it's come to the Queen City!
Finally, I endured the long line and had my 1st Salata salad. The line was out the door but it went relatively quick. The ambience had a fresh and modern feel - definitely love the decor. They had a ton of fresh veggies to select from and there was no limit on that so I piled up. Unfortunately, I wish I was made aware of the cost of the my pricey add-ons as my salad totaled to $21 sans any beverage. The regular size salad portion was very generous that you could definitely share / save the remainder for later. The customer service was lacking from the servers but the cashier at check out was super nice. I will definitely try it again but not on a frequent basis.
Ordered online for pick up. Requested dressing to be mixed up with the salad and stirred well prior to putting in the to go container. Nothing was mixed or stirred the avocado was not busted up how do you expect someone to stir the salad in a little container highly recommend you ask them to mix it well in the store before leaving
We absolutely love Salata! The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We didn't feel rushed while making our choices. The ingredients were so fresh, and there were a lot of options. Definitely our go to salad spot! Check it out, and thank me later..
My salad was very fresh! Happy that no salad preservatives were being used, they effect my stomach immediately. The toppings were plentiful and delicious, including the salmon. As a plant- based eater the food was everything that I hoped for. I would highly recommend their star attraction, the salad. Negative- not enough bread choices. Not a fan of whole grain croissant. There were holes in 2 of the cups ? given so the drinks poured out while filling. The fruit drink I had contained artificial sweetener. I prefer labeling for that, "low sugar or low calories." As a consumer give me that choice. Overall, the salad experience was excellent! I would recommend and definitely revisit!
OMG. I went in to get soup for my cousin and decided to get some for myself. Customer service was excellent and the soup hot and [email protected] delicious.
My first time here for lunch was fantastic. The regular sized salad is literally a mixing bowl. so I may go for the small next time. The chipotle chicken was very flavorful, and the other proteins all looked delicious. Tons of toppings to choose from, and the jalapeno ranch was very tasty. The best part was how friendly the staff were. I will be returning frequently once we are back at the office!
I had my first experience with Salata today. Overall the ambiance is great and the place is very clean. I piled on the veggies in a regular sized salad. The ingredients are fresh and a small size will easily fill someone up. I added the turkey and it was pretty tasty. I tried the ginger lime dressing and it was a bit bland. I wouldn't recommend it.I have a small observation regarding customer service. When I walked in the restaurant, I was not greeted by the woman adding the lettuce to my order nor by the man adding protein to my salad. They both looked at me and the woman finally asked if I was going to have a salad or a wrap. People will forget what you say, but will remember how you make them feel. I would recommend that they train their employees to ensure that everyone provides great customer service. Many companies will return to their Uptown offices at the start of the year, including mine, and I would like to see this restaurant succeed.Overall, I'd recommend this place for a great salad.
Taste is flavorful! Very satisfying definitely would recommend.
