This is definitely my new go to place. All the times I have eaten at the Ballantyne location they have had fresh, clean ingredients. The last time I went and today, the staff was dealing with what some in the food industry might refer to as quite "testing Patreons." Despite this location being understaffed, this team handled the situation beautifully and has earned it's place as a restaurant I would love to support. For the price, service, and food quality, this is a great place to go for anyone craving a healthy, good meal.
I didn't catch the name of the person that helped me place my order using the FB coupon and made my food but, she was extremely nice, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was extremely clean and well-kept and the wraps were great. Would definitely visit again.
As soon as you walk in, the displays of colors is amazing! Everyone was cheerful and assisted in the menu options. I opted for custom grain salad. So delicious. Ill definitely be back!
I will never make the mistake of going to a Saladworks again. The salads are already over priced but getting charged .99 cents extra each for a spoonful of croutons and onions without being informed it’s extra until getting charged for them left me absolutely irate. If I’m going to spend $13 on lunch it will definitely not be on a mediocre salad. The cashier did not apologize or make any effort to correct this, hence the review I’m leaving. The quality of the food itself is decent but 99 cents extra for non-special toppings is ridiculous.

We just stopped in for the first time this weekend. Wow! We will definitely be back. So many ingredients to choose from and everything was so fresh. The avocado is not peeled until it is ready to go onto your salad. The roll that came with it was warm. Great lunch!

Getting food here for the first time was a pleasurable experience and I would recommend this establishment. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. The restaurant and prep areas were clean. My wife had the sophie’s salad and I had grilled chicken mediterranean. All the greens and veggies were fresh and crisp and the chicken was good. We were both happy with our selections and tried each other’s with the same good results. Go there!
This was our first visit. What a treat to have butternut squash, brussels sprouts, grapes and feta cheese with turkey and bacon on nice greens. (Farmer's Market special salad) The options are plentiful, the restaurant was clean, the personnel were friendly and the price was quite reasonable. Thanks for great service.
I get take out from here almost every day of the week and I place my order online. I usually show up at least 10 minutes prior to the pick-up time I'm provided after I place the order. Without fail, my salad is ready and waiting. the staff even call me by name when I walk in. Great place. A first rate staff. Awesome salads. Head and shoulders better than Chopt.
