WOW... a New Jersey slice pizza place in the heart of Charlotte.. what a great find! I tried 3 different pizzas.. all excellent.. Scillian, Margarita and Square with fresh tomatoes... This should be your go-to place in Charlotte..and open to 11 on Saturday!!! ??

Horrible customer service. Got take out BBQ chicken pizza. No cheese (claim is under sauce but couldn’t find a single piece) so much sauce the pizza was drowning in it. Mushy gross BBQ mess. Called to ask if could bring back for another and was told “no that’s how we make it”. Wouldn’t recommend at ALL.

1st time here and 10/10 recommend. I love great pizza and this was awesome for me ! We got pizza slices wings and a hot sub, everything was great and service was nice. Thank you to the staff!

I was in the mood to eat pizza similar to the one in New York where I was a few days ago, the ones of 99 cents. I put on maps pizza near me and appeared this place, simple and perfect for what I was looking for. Besides a piece of Pizza Bought garlic bread and were all very delicious, recommend for lovers of "street" food. I bought it to go and it didn't take more than 5 minutes in the site. For sure I'll be back!

Great little pizza joint within walking distance of the Bojangles Colosseum. They had pre-made pizzas you could chose from in the afternoon/evening that they heat up. The garlic knots were the best ever. We had a Buffalo chicken pizza, eggplant Parmesan, and vodka chicken pizza all were very delicious. Great little pizza joint before hockey or anytime for a good pizza.

Fast and very good pizza.

Absolutely love their pizza!! We order often as we work directly across the street and well, the pizza is fantastic... I've also had the antipasto salad (delicious) buffalo chicken salad (delicious) but, today I tried the fried pickles and OMG!! The best fried pickles I've ever had!! This place is AMAZING!!

Great pizza, extremely slow service. They said 25-30 minutes for carryout. It took more than an hour. Go to Portonfino's nearby. Pizza is just as good and the service is way better.

A large pizza was more than I needed but it was only $2 more than a medium so I had to do it, right? Two slices filled me up!Sal’s doesn’t skimp on the toppings like some pizza places. I wish they used fresh mushrooms instead of canned (I think the liquid made the crust soggy on my pizza, which I asked for well done because I like a crispy crust).I’m glad I tried Sal’s to see what all the hype is about. I think it’s better than Hawthorns but not quite as good as Bisonte.

Great thin sliced pizza. Nice people the fries were awesome also.
