If i could give it 10 stars i would!! The food was amazing and so was the staff!!! Especially mr James R. He was sooo attentive and patient. So much so that when he realized that my battery died he and ran all the way to the mechanic shop got me a battery with his own money and then put it in with no tools! I’ll def be back when I’m in the area again..
i LOVE sabor. i always get the build your own burrito which never lets me down. great proportions and fresh ingredients. one of my favorites
I consider the portions to be too small. Even though they are cheap, I did not expect them to be as small as they were. The presentation of the food wasn't the best either.The service could improve, I could barely hear the waiter when ordering in the counter, and even though he wasn't rude, I felt a negative attitude in his voice.The soda fountain had 4 out of 8 flavors, and I could barely taste the ones that were available, it seemed like the were mostly water.I was very disappointed with this business... However the place IS clean and the food is good too.
The food was delicious. Especially the Street Corn. Margarita was perfect and the customer service was awesome. The General Manager James made sure every table was taken care of and even made conversation with some of the tables. He had a Taco Suit on. The music was definitely authentic.
Went here for Dinner. Really nice staff and clean place. The Manager James, was light hearted and hilarious. He came out, introduced himself and checked on our meal while we ate. Definitely recommend.
I love coming to this store! The customer service is always good and the food even better! Shout out to James! He always makes sure I'm good and taken care of! Def recommend!
Absolutely the best service in town these guys love their customers .Grade A Service with smile. In at the South End location love these folks. The customer service was excellent and even got to meet one of the regional district managers Seth. Who personally took the time to come over and make sure that we had everything that we needed and was totally satisfied .Way to go...you guys rock?
One of my new favorite spots in the Queen City. Filmed a food tour in CLT and Sabor was wonderful. Amazing staff and great food. I highly recommend the Black Bean Empanadas and margaritas!! Those will knock your socks off!!

Good food on the tacos! Quesbirria was good too just portions too small for the price. Had a mess up on what I received vs ordered. But still would go back
