I love this place. The food is great with great Latin flavor! The atmosphere is like city in a street Cafe in Puerto Rico! We prefer the Sabor on Hawthorne! The atmosphere is the best to me.
The service wasn’t very customer friendly. The table was dirty. The empanadas were overcooked. The pork in the arepa was burnt. The meat in the taco and Cuban bowl were minimal. We had heard great things about this place. I guess they had an off day.
Let me start by saying, I’m sorry that I don’t have any photos. I inhaled my food before I even took a sip of water.I have been coming to this location for quite some time. I believe it is the first location, anyway it’s the bomb dot comI have tried many things here, be sure to check the daily specials. I would recommend the Arepa - 10 out of 10. It’s usually stuffed with chicken, but I have to substitute for fish. Before changing my diet I was eating the chicken version and it was equally satisfying if not better.This place puts chipotle to shame, on price and quality ?Be sure to check out the salsa bar, it’s like the salad bar but made of salsas. The pineapple one is ?

My wife wanted to try this place and I am so glad we did! We couldn’t make up our mind as to what we wanted to eat so we ordered a bunch of food to try and it was worth every penny! Customer service was amazing and quick and the atmosphere was lovely as well.
Ordered ground beef nachos. For the $16 price they normally load these things up and it can feed 2 people. Tonight I got barely 1 spoonful of meat, 1/2 spoonful of beans, 17 handfuls of lettuce and chips. Also asked for no guacamole but got that. Can’t even get enough meat on there for 3 chips. Highly disappointed. The pictures are after I removed 1/2 the chips and lettuce hunting for the meat! Throwing it away, not worth eating just chips and lettuce.
Enjoyed TACO Tuesday. Enjoy a Cerveza or frozen margarita with your authentic Latin meal.
Ambiance and staff were very good. They have a self service salsa stall with 6 kinds of salsas. Food tasted good.Yuca friers were good too but the quantity was less for the price.
Food prep was quick. Service and food was excellent. Will pop in again when in the area. We had the empanadas, el d mini o burrito, taco authenticity, carne asada fries and the plantains. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed
I ordered food for pickup and when i got it they’d given me the wrong order so after driving 15 min to get back to the restaurant to get the right order the people working gave me straight up attitude for correcting their mistake. It’s good food just terrible customer service.
