My steak was not cooked correctly and the deserts were subpar
Very disappointed. With reservations, we were seated in the bar area. Our waitress did as best as she could to take care of us as well as the whole bar area, but she was not able to take the best care of us. The noise was so loud we had to ask for doors to be closed. No manager came to check on us. This was suppose to be a very relaxed and quiet evening for dining and it was the complete opposite. Iâm not sure why we got placed in the bar area when we had reservations like everyone else.

The most disappointing Ruthâs Chris experience to date. The quality is not at all what it used to be prior to the pandemic. On a more positive note our server was outstanding.
Extraordinary service as always, and the pre-dinner cocktail, ribeye, creamed spinach, sweet potato casserole and apple tart dessert were great. My only complaint if there were one is that the bread recipe had changed, and I didn't enjoy the sour dough like the prior bread served.
Celebrated daughterâs birthday. Nate was our excellent waiter. Gave attention to every detail. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious.
The soup was slightly warm, not ideal for onion soup, and greasy. The bread was nice and warm. The meat was a nice cut and cooked well but swimming in butter. The potatoes were chunks and not thin slices. The server never refilled our wine. The quality of the meat and the cooking of the meat was lovely; everything left things to be desired.
We celebrate our wedding anniversary at this restaurant. We have never been disappointed. The service, food and atmosphere are excellent. The entire restaurant staff is friendly and extremely polite. Would highly recommend the South Park location.
