This is our special occasion spot for any and everything. We have been somewhat regulars since our first experience with Andreas a few years ago, he has since been moved into a managerial position and rightfully so, but since then he has passed us to Dom. Dom is a key part in making this more than a dinner and making it an experience. We havenât been in about six months and the staff notices small details like my wife hair has change and it makes you feel like that is the place I want to be. The food is always excellent and there is never one thing out of place. We have made our rounds between throughout the fine dining restaurants in charlotte and many other cities through our travels and the food and staff here is hands down the best.
We came to Ruthâs Chris for my sisters bday dinner. Upon arrival (per usual) we were greeted with all smiles and kindly escorted to our table. Our server Foster did not disappoint! He was very attentive, knowledgeable and kind-hearted. He explained everything to us and even offered his personal suggestions. This is our normal treatment from him, but with a party of 6 this kind of attention is unheard of; so Foster I want to publicly (and privately) thank you for making my sistersâ bday perfect! As far as food goes; we ordered our favorite, the Stuffed Chicken & lobster tails, a ribeye steak cooked to perfection (medium +) and mashed potatoes with the sautéed spinach. Cocktails were wonderful and pleasantly enjoyed. The management team came over to chat with a little and made sure we were well taken care of, thank you so much for that! Overall I must say that this experience (as are all the others here at this location) was top-notch from beginning to end. Additionally, to have our wives talking about dinner later on that night and into this morning only speaks volumes to the service we received. Again, thank you for being you Foster and to the entire staff. We WILL be back soon! Rodney C.

Our waiter Devin, took great care of us and was on top of everything the whole night. We were celebrating my husbandâs 50th birthday and he made sure to treat him extra special. Our food was perfect and delicious! We had a wonderful evening celebrating!

My dining experience at Ruth Chris was great. This was my first time at Ruth Chris and my waiter Dom made my visit superior. My food was excellent, and I loved the atmosphere.

Our server Dannie was fantastic. Food amazing. The two mangers on staff so friendly. Parking. Incredible experience and always satisfies and exceeds expectations. Dannie complimented us a toast since we had missed our anniversary!
