Haven’t been here in a few years but had an absolutely great experience there today. Sushi was fresh with large portions of fish in all the rolls we had. I’ve worked in sushi restaurants since 2003 and I just can’t say enough how delicious everything was. Great quality and on top of the food our service was outstanding! Our server Carson (name on our receipt) seriously gave my stepson and I the best service I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. I would hire her in a heartbeat if I was still managing restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!
I’ve only ordered carry out from here but every roll that I’ve had has been incredibly fresh, beautiful and generously sized. I think this is the one of the best values for specialty rolls in the area.Pictured below is the California sunset roll, crazy horse, king salmon, ultimate tuna, and cowboy maki.
Food was delicious. The computer system was down when we were there. Service was extremely slow because of that. They did warn us prior to sitting that it would be slow. Half of our order came out. Needed to wait another 15 min for the rest of the order. I'd try it again and hope for better service.
My all time favorite spot to take people visiting Charlotte looking for good sushi at a value. The atmosphere is loud and bustling but it works well for this place as you enjoy the bar as much as the food.The Super Power Builder is a great combo to share (or not) but you can’t go wrong with any of their signature rolls.At any given moment a group might be banging on the table taking a line of sake-bombs. This place is fun and delicious.
Honestly the best sushi I’ve ever had. The ingredients were cool and fresh and the menu was was fun and inclusive. Service was quick and polite and the atmosphere is very fun. I found this place by looking up the best rated sushi spot at the $$ price point and I was not let down.
Great service and very fresh food. ?????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The fried calamari was definitely the highlight as it was cooked to perfection. ?????The mussels were definitely my second favorite I am not a sushi guy but it was definitely fresh ??????????The place was clean to some degree can be better. The prices are very reasonable for fish restaurant but don't expect to get full as you would need alot of food if you are very hungry. ?????Staff was friendly, especially Bianca ?Great experience!
Ordered take out worth $100 and when I received my food I confirmed with the hostess that this was all of my food since I order 5 rolls and a sushi and sashimi platter. She confirmed that it was all there. I got home and I was missing a whole sushi roll as well as the sushi that went with my platter. I called back to inform them and spoke to multiple people about what was missing in my order. They continued to insist that I was not missing a roll because their packer said I wasn’t. I’m sorry, I’m looking at the food I have and it is clearly missing but apparently the packer who I’m sure was extremely busy because it took one and a half hours to get my food was super sure. 10 minutes in, the guy on the phone told me that I may be right that I was missing a roll. Then put me on hold again just to come back to tell me that I’m not missing a roll. After 25 grueling minutes, they finally gave me a refund for the missing food and then proceeded to hang up on me. I expected more from such an established restaurant. Sushi is good but don’t expect to get all of your food if you order take out and be prepared to argue with them if you want a refund or anything else for missing food.

Great food and fast service to get your food. Fish is always fresh. Super friendly staff that know the menu super well and give out the best suggested food item that will fit your taste buds. Down fall is long waiting period to be seated, but that only because of how many people that want to eat here. Place is worth the wait though!
