We came to Rios for our 5 year wedding anniversary. The food bar was clean and plentiful. The gauchos were friendly and informative. The atmosphere is quaint and family friendly but also very pleasant for our date night. The mojitos were the best I've ever had! We enjoyed this place much better than their competitor.
I read some negative reviews but my experience with this place is pretty good. The service was very good. Everyone seemed cheerful and happy to help us. Our server and the manager frequently checked our table and offered to take away plates & to get clean plates for us. I'm not a steak person but I did find a couple of meat selection tasty. My husband and his friend enjoyed the meats very much. I think people should give this place a try. I know the economy is bad now and these guys are really trying to make it work.
Let’s start off with the food, the food was so amazing all the steaks i got to eat were perfect. And y’all don’t sleep on the chicken wrapped with bacon it is DELICIOUS! so many tables were passing it up because it wasn’t steak but y’all have to try it SO GOOD! The salads and hot sides were really good too. Now to the customer service, when we entered, we were greeted by two young sweet young ladies they complemented my outfit and hairstyle and sat us down. The servers were also great good service and attention, made sure our cups were filled and table cleaned even asked if we had special requests. As well as the men serving meat all were great especially the one wearing blue (the short one haha). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE READING.
Last night my Wife and brought our two boys and one of their friends, ages 10,12,12. We. Didn’t see prices listed anywhere, but assumed it could be a little pricey. We bought two adult beverages and the boys had lemonade. The steaks and service were both very good. $299.04 plus tip ($350.00) seems a little steep, in my opinion.
Been here 3 times and haven't had a bad experience. Most recent visit was on 03/20/2022 and safe to say that I ate my fill of all different types of cuts of steak. The house special (The Picanha)is my absolute favorite, but all of the cuts and their non-steak options are incredible. Great place to bring your family to and pricing is affordable

The food was good high quality meats with hot food/salad bar. The service provided was excellent everyone was nice and accommodating, except for one of the managers who kept pushing us to buy more drinks. He had asked us 3 time within15 minutes. We also thought we were going at the time of their $29.99 special for January on Monday-Thursday, but we were charged $45 per person. Thought it would be a better dining experience for such a high rated location.
I decided to treat myself for dinner alone. I was looked at like they have never seen a black woman before. That's the staff and the customers. There were two friendly servers but the guys that is supposed to serve the meats walked right past me several times without stopping. I made sure the round card was on the green side and still nothing. They literally walked by me without even looking at the table. I told the manager and he laughed while saying sorry then they tried to charge me for a full meal. The Buffett was terrible and the food was room temperature. I can see why they only had a 93 sanitation score. I paid for my drink and they were so nonchalant about it. The drink was good and the gravy for the cold mashed potatoes was good. I'll just say never again!!! They are not friendly to black people. Enjoy the hard cold rolls at your own risk.
Definitely what excellent food that of Rios steakhouse, the meats are at their maximum point of delight, as you wish they give it to you, they have a pineapple with a very rich flavor and of course not to mention the attention that all the boys gave us. restaurant especially, Gabriel, Thomas, Tony, Aldeir and Patricia! Thank you very much for giving us an excellent night.
