I asked for a bowl without granola because I am allergic to it… they gave me a bowl with granola and then didn’t offer a refund or another bowl. The granola was at the bottom so I didn’t see it until it was too late. The teenage girls working there were very rude and mean.
The teenagers working there were preoccupied and gave my friend gluten in her bowl after she said she was allergic to it. After confronting them about this they didn’t even offer to replace or refund the bowl.
i went to this location today & ordered myself the butterbro bowl. i love the butterbro & i get it without the bananas & add on honey, so delicious. at the store, i decided to get a “small” size butterbro & it’s $14. so absurd. i get that there’s an up charge for the honey. but when my order was ready, the girl put the same amount that’s for a mini size. i was upset on that. also, while waiting, my friend & i overheard them talking about having no nutella left & to just serve without it. i don’t mind not having the nutella in my bowl, but a heads up to have your employees tell the customer that a product is out, instead of not saying anything to them. thank you :)
SO fresh and so filling! Everytime I go get my favorite ButterBro bowl, it’s exactly what I am hoping for!
Way more toppings than acai. Which is super disappointing. I'm eating more banana than anything. SMH. I paid 11 dollars for a large banana bowl
Had the bro bowl protein pb banana... Was good. I've heard other places provide more acai. I'll change the stars if I find this to be consistently true.
The fruit is fresh, the açaí so refreshing & the crunch from the granola on the bottom makes it for me! The Rainbow, Panther & Berry (pictured) Bowls tend to be our favs, but they are all amazing. Their team is always friendly & gracious. My only complaint is the pricing is a little high. We would stop by more often but hard to justify $11 for a small bowl when there are 5 of us. So it’s more like a occasional special treat but one you can't help but smile about.
So I came in the restaurant craving a Brazil acai bowl. I then began to order before realizing I had my credit card cancelled since someone had stolen it and spent a bunch of money. I realized I couldn't pay, and before I left, one of the workers stopped me and insisted she'd pay for me. Her name was Erin, and it was one of the kindest gestures anyone has ever done for me. She pulled out her own, PERSONAL credit card to pay for me. Erin, Mackey, and Sarah were all SO kind throughout the entire process. They were so sweet, friendly, and so genuine. These girls really went above and beyond and made my entire week. Not only are they great workers, but kind people with kind hearts. We need more people like them in the world!!!
Granola has nuts in it so I couldn’t enjoy that aspect. Fruit was fresh and cut well.
