Food was good , however my server was not very good . My tea remained empty most of the meal , and after I asked about desert , she said peach cobbler is sold out only bread pudding is available, I ask about the chocolate cake on the taste of Charlotte menu, if we could get that instead and was told no . You have to order everything off that menu to get the cake . I guess she didn’t want to sell me 2 slices of cake , whatever. But piled up dishes on the table from appetizers and dry mouth and no desert won’t stop me from going back . The food is good and every restaurant has an off day or two

It's Restaurant Week and my friend and I went for Dinner before going to the show at Belk Theater. We told our server we were there for the Restaurant Week menu. She told us that she wouldn't recommend it because the cook that was there didn't know how to cook the food on that menu. One of the items was a ribeye and she said he couldn't cook it good. We asked for menus anyway. We then asked about the smoked chili rice puree on the ribeye and mahi mahi. She couldn't describe it. We decided to order off of the regular menu. We ordered an appetizer and the server asked if we wanted it with our meal. Ummm...no. It's an appetizer. We'd like it before the meal. We ordered the sausage roll with honey mustard. It was delicious! Only problem was, not long after we got our appetizer, our meal came out. My friend ordered the Sirloin Steak Tips with mashed potatoes topped with mushroom gravy. She substituted garlic green beans for the mashed potatoes. I ordered the Irish Chicken Curry. My friend really liked her meal. I highly recommend the Irish Chicken Curry. It was so good! We both ordered drinks. I had the Sailor Punch and my friend had the Pub Princess (substituted cranberry juice for the orange juice). Both were very good. The server's attitude did improve. There was a group of young men at the bar right beside at our table that was pretty loud and it was just loud in general. But that will happen when the bar abs dining are so close together. All in all, we enjoyed our dining experience.

Selected this restaurant as part of Queen's Feast, Charlotte's restaurant week. They were not prepared for diners, but we're happy to serve drinks. Our party of 4 got food delivered to our table at disjointed times, entree before apps, etc. The restaurant week ribeye special was awful, had to send it back. The bad food was comped but the overall experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

My children and I had a quick bite before the theater. It was a bit louder than I would’ve liked but that is the nature of dining in a pub. The food was quickly served, and quite tasty. Not sure I would go back again because of the loud music but the food and value were very good.

Great menu, good beer, great service. Have always like this place. Will return again. Our waiter Nickolas was wonderful and helpful.

Advertised for restaurant week, which was 100% the reason we went. No restaurant week specials/pricing. No compensation. Waitress said, "manager said she would come and speak to us "if we wanted". THAT should have simply happened in a professional business. No Irish music playing and none played after we requested it. IT'S AN IRISH PUB!!!!! No cocktail sauce for fish/chips. When asked, they brought horseradish so we could make our own cocktail sauce. We were charged a $3.00 up charge for the horseradish! WHAT???!!! VERY DISAPOINTED and have posted this dissatisfaction to thousands on FaceBook. First and CERTAINLY LAST visit.

The food was very good. It was game night so a bit noisy. I would have liked to sat downstairs where the live music was but didn't know it was there until after we had dinner. Hostess did not offer up or down nor mention the music. Was a bit disappointed with the imported beer selections, it was ok but I expect an Irish pub to have more of a selection. Cheers

Brought some colleagues here for lunch. First time going there. Lots of good food options. We were greeted by someone, who also brought us waters, before our server was able to come by. Though he also greeted us as he was passing by our table, and let us know he'd be right with us. I know customer service is hard these days with everyone being understaffed, but the team at this Ri Ra did a great job.

First of all this would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for one of our meals being omitted. We were running a little late for our reservation and when I called there was no answer. Fortunately they called me and asked if I still wanted the reservation and they kept it for us. Thumbs Up! Food was delicious but the waiter forgot to enter my husband's order so we enjoyed an appetizer and one entree. We shared the poutine which while different, was delicious. Then unfortunately we had to share my fish and chips. It tasted just like it came from the chip shop in England, yummy. The waiter checked on my husband's order 3 times and finally just removed it from our tab. The music was too loud for our taste but we are older folks. I would still highly recommend RiRa.

This place was friendly, amazing food and drink.
