Great as always. One of our guests had issues with her fries and our waiter corrected immediately not just for her but everyone on the table by bringing out new fries for all. No questions asked. We intentionally sat outside which was warm but the fans were helpful. Live music was nice touch, but not as good as some nights.
I usually love Reidâs for a happy hour with friends. This recent experience, however, was disappointing. The food was below par - the truffle fries were not crispy and the arancini, though described as golden balls of goodness, were muddy brown, not crunchy, and gross. Something must have changed in the kitchen.
One of our go-to’s in Southpark, always have a great time on their beautiful patio. Live music on the patio Wed-Sunday. Food and service always top notch.
I absolutely love Reids. Before or after visiting the Shopping mall, I always stop in to explore what Reids has or to pick up dessert for my family and I. Reids comes to mind first if ever I desire to gift someone wine upon arrival to their home, prepare wine and chacuterie board or celebrate a special occasion. The wine selection is exceptional.The caviar, fish, meat, and cheese selections are also consistent with this standard.This Gormet grocery store is truly a gem in Charlotte and is much appreciated for it's fine quality.
The burger was ordered medium. It came out of the Kitchen almost tartare not sure who was on the grill. In the past weâre ordered burgers medium before and they came out perfect.

Food was delicious and service was great. Went on a Saturday night and Reid's had a very talented guy singing and playing guitar. Unfortunately it made the small dining room at Reid's too noisy. Couldn't enjoy the people I was sitting with.
A family favorite, always! We love Stephen, Dee and the entire Reidâs South Park staff!
We are neighborhood regulars. Things are slipping. Main complaint: Pad Thai was so spicy as to be inedible. Seafood bolognese was not "fine food". Will try again down the road, since so pleased in the past.
Great place to go and is has excellent value. It has great music.
