I am rating this mainly on their presentation and customer service. I have only ate three of their meals and two were amazing and I will get them again. One wasn’t really my taste, but I have three more to try and I believe I will continue to try more meals. Their packaging is super impressive and it was a great experience when I walked into the store. They check your BMI for free when you spend over $25 and your first visit.
I’ve been a customer of PLN for years and love the convenience and variety of meals. The team is so friendly and I always enjoy picking up my meals from the South End location. This has been a great option for me to have ready made, healthy meals to eat during the week when I don’t have a lot of time to cook.
PLN has made working from home easier as I always have healthy, enjoyable lunches available in minutes. I have been a long-time meal plan subscriber and appreciate the flexibility, variety of rotating options, and nutritional information. The team is super friendly and helpful as well!

I don't even know where to start with all the amazing things that Project Lean Nation does for individuals as well as the community. Their shakes are delicious, filling and convenient. There are options for if you are needing something a little more filling or if you are looking for a quick pick me up. The meal plan is so easy to customize to your needs. The lifestyle meals are perfect for me and the athlete meals are great for my husband. They allow you to pause if you need to and choosing the meals online is super easy. I have been coming to Project Lean Nation for years. Not only do their meals make my busy lifestyle more convenient and manageable, but they taste great and anytime I take my daughter on site to get a smoothie, the staff treats us like an extension of family. This is by far one of my favorite small businesses in CLT.

Project LeanNation has made my meal prepping and life SO easy! They have an extensive menu with options for basically any dietary need. The new packaging now stays good in the freezer for an entire year so you'll never feel wasteful and always has a delicious meal on hand.But what really keeps me coming back to PLN is the people. Every time I walk through the door they greet me by name and know my shake order and if I have a box ready! Seriously amazing service and delicious food and shakes!
So many great things to say about PLN. Great affordable meals and it's fantastic for a lifestyle when you are always on the run. I have definitely seen results not only in the gym, but in my overall appearance as well. I feel fantastic. The smoothies are delicious. Madison was awesome to work with. Highly recommend.
