Our server Amanda was fantastic. Food was great and the wine list was excellent.
Primo Prime has become one of our favorite Charlotte restaurants. Only complaint was the Caesar salad. Plates were warm, salad and dressing was room temp and the croutons were mushy. Maybe it just sat out too long. Excellent sea bass, pasta and service. Thank you!
I give 5 stars only rarely. I had the lobster bisque, Shrimp St. Thomas, Veal Porcini and tiramisu for desert. My server knew the menu well, he even knew which wine to recommend for the particular order I had placed. That doesn't happen very often. The service was prompt but not rushed. I do think I heard a John Philip Sousa march playing once though, which was a little unusual, however, it wasn't so loud that it was distrubing and it has been ages since I have heard one of Sousa's marches so it was well received by my ears. The only thing to say is to sto taking my server's pens! He was very well stocked and said that he loses many pens each night. I am coming back!
