I ordered on the app on Thursday, told 11:51. I get there, wait as I see a number of sandwiches going through, thinking mine is one of them.. I finally ask at 12:10 when is my sandwich going to be ready? I had seen 20 people go through the line and leave. One woman was sticking stickers on cups and told me oh it'll be a while. I said I want a refund, and she said call back after lunch, we can't right now. I already wasted 30 minutes so I emailed feedback. It's been several days and I haven't heard from the restaurant or corporate. I am deleting my potbelly account. Terrible service, expensive sandwiches, not worth it.5/2/2022 Update - I reached out to customer service 3 weeks ago, no response. I never received a refund so I will not be returning. There are other places to spend money in uptown.
We ordered delivery from this location and they totally messed up our order. I think they completely misread the ticket on our Uber eats order. Missed toppings on both sandwiches and did not give us our complete combo order. If you are going to be available for delivery from certain services you need to be able to read those orders correctly. My sandwich ended up being completely bland and boring. The delivery service refunded the money but it really stinks if you wait for the food to come and it’s missing more than half of it.
Potbelly was one of my favorite spots for sandwiches and salads. It’s a shame that I won’t be going there anymore. I ordered from them and when I got the food there was a hair in my soup. I called the store to let them know and didn’t ask for a refund or anything. When I spoke to the manager to let her know she had no remorse, didn’t apologize, barely reacted. She just said thank you for letting us know and the call was over. I’m truly disappointed that someone who manages a restaurant allows stuff like that to happen and doesn’t even apologize.
The sandwiches at Potbelly are delicious but what I really like is the catered boxes lunches. They do not skimp on the meat and the boxed lunches come with chips and a yummy cookie. Will definitely recommend and order from Potbelly again.
My first time there and I was impressed! I got the grilled chicken sandwich. I thought it was well made and delicious. The bread was just right. I think I will return and try another sandwich to make sure there is consistency.
Horrible service. Ordered on Monday for delivery - it's now Thursday and still don't have food I ordered. Was told I'd get a refund, but still don't have that either. Called several times repeatedly told that manager is not there. So, I'm calling my bank to get fees reversed for product not received.

From Chicago, it was great to find. Wreck with peppers was great. Made me miss Chicago a little.
Fast, good food. Pizza melt was good. The milkshakes were delicious. Service was good. There wasn’t a whole lot of places open due to snow and Covid. We were grateful they were there.
We ordered pot belly via door dash today. The Sandwiches only had a small portion of meat and cheese with no other toppings as described. It was also cold because Uber eats took 45 minutes.
