DO NOT ORDER ANY SEAFOOD. Me and a friend came in for lunch from out of town, thought this looked like a nice spot. Calamari was far undercooked and could not eat it. Looked like they were dropped in the fryer for one second and put it on the plate. I had already ordered the mussels for my main meal, which proved just as bad. All of the mussels were falling apart in the shell, and had a distinct fishy taste. I was only able to stomach 2 before I stopped eating. The pasta dish was fine.We both ended up sick from the seafood shortly afterwards.

Today I meet with my co workers for lunch. This is the first time since the pandemic started. The food was great and we all enjoyed it. The low score is a direct result of the lackadaisical waitress we had. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. She was the absolute worst. She served the food leaning over people. As opposed to walking down to the end of the table. When I asked her to bring my entrée to my side she told me she could not fit through the chairs. Instead of asking patron to slide their chair in. Dropped the food off and didn't follow up to check on the table. We had to ask for more water and everything ourselves Then she disappeared and another waitress finished out the service. The only reason that I didn't put her name in the review is my Mamager picked up the tab and I don't have it.

I love the food and service. The people there are nice and the food is amazing. But a big problem is extra money. Me and family asked if we could split a dish and said if they did it in the back it would cost an extra 3 dollars. No other location besides this one charged 3 dollars. It takes less than a minute to split the plate. Its stupid and I dont really come to this location as much. I suggest going to other ones

Ordered pizza to be delivered over some Slice app, which was delivered by Doordash with more than 1/2 hour after the last delivery hour. I don't think $27 for that kind of pizza is worth it, plus waiting.

Out for lunch and discovered this quaint Italian restaurant, complete with a brick oven. Group of 10 quickly seated. Waitstaff was very attentive. Delicious entrees cooked to perfection. Lots of beverage selections to pair with every item on the menu--salads, pizzas, a large variety of pasta dishes, sandwiches, and desserts. Our compliments to the chef. If you are looking for a quiet, authentic Italian restaurant, then come dine at Portofino!

My first trip to this location, I've been a fan of the Park Road location for a very long time. I went with a group from work, and we were promptly seated and taken care of during our visit. Our server was great; my drink only ran out for a second before she arrived with a refill. I ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with Bolognese sauce instead of Marana, and it was awesome. I love their house dressing on the salad; it's great for bread dipping as well.

Been coming here for 12 years, and the food has definitely gone downhill. The last few times, my pizza was so soggy. Whenever I picked up the slice of pizza, it was floppy and wet. Not sure if I would come back for pizza since they can’t seem to get that right. I will say, the hot dishes are tasty though.Good chicken parm and baked ziti. Large servings too!

Large portion sizes. Lasagna was honestly too big and lacked ricotta cheese. The veal picatta was good. My daughter ordered the kids Alfredo penne. The sauce tasted heavily of butter and not so much Alfredo. Overall a mixed experience.

Great food, hearty meals. Didn't expect such tasty food from here. I was thoroughly surprised. Good sized portions, hard to choose what to order. Ended up ordering too much food and had it boxed for take away.

Very delicious and very courteous staff. Food was very good and servings are huge. The restaurant is small so if you are a big party better call ahead for accommodations.
