Line was long. Couldn’t even get service. I know people aren’t working, but the staff was extremely inefficient taking one order at a time and making said order.
Terrible. justclose this location. The boss that was on staff tonight was unmotivated and didn't even run the crew at all. I should've checked on my order before I left, I would've just gotten my money back. I ordered a M fry and look what I got. It was an hour and a half before closing time and they didn't have any items hardly resulting in me having to replace items in my order I already paid for[because you can only enter the lobby to pick up]
One of the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming to this location for over 2.5 years and it is constantly getting worse. I’ve been yelled at by associates who blamed me for getting the food wrong even though the receipt was correct. Today they apparently only wanted to use one of the drive through order lanes so I never even got a chance to order my food so I just drove off. And it’s apparent that no one cares that people take their time to do these reviews but no one from corporate Even bother to check these reviews
Drive-thru line moves very slow. Waited close to 15 minutes for a spicy flounder sandwich combo and was given the regular with luke-warm fries.. I love Popeyes food, have since I was a kid in Louisiana, but 15 minutes for a wrong order and luke-warm fries is so disappointing.
Easily the worst Popeyes in the area. 30min in line before it moved. Then another 15min once at the intercom before my order was even taken. Then the order was wrong with items missing. By that time the line was so long and moving so slowly (even slower than before) I didn't have time to go back through and get my money back. Quite the scheme they have going over there. Pathetic.
I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes now. Three cars have gotten their orders and driven off in that 20 minutes. It's taking so long that I'm pretty sure they're actually raising and killing the chickens on an order-by-order basis.Update: Now at 40 minutes, my car is next at the window. Had a good chat with customer service at Popeyes corporate while waiting. Really wishing I'd peed before getting in this line.Update: 50 minutes. Still one car back. The last 15 minutes have been sitting here behind this one. I'm starting to get nauseous from hunger and don't even want the sandwich anymore.Final update: 52 minutes stuck in the drive thru. This place has GOT to be a front for drugs or something. Dining room is closed and they served 6 cars in an hour in the drive-thru lane. No way are they paying the bills with their food business.
Clearly THE most incompetent, ignorant, inconsiderate fast food crews ever. How do you let someone sit in the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes without even acknowledging them in any way? What kind of management/manager would allow that? I went to Chik-Fil-A down the street instead. With all of the problems of covid the last few years, there is no need to be this incompetent to customers. They don't even open the restaurant to dine in. Go elsewhere.
Disappointed, as the only choice was to go through the drivetru I spend almost an hour in the car. when I got to window I notice the restaurant was very overstaffed with employees dancing and horse playing around definitely not a good feeling. plus when I got home I found out that my rice and beans was rotten it's very sad that my hard earn money was wasted on a meal that took me lot of time and at the end was rotten visit day was 02/17/22
Poor service, unorganized staff, took 25 min to get 1 chicken sandwich, should have know better about Popeyes but I never tried the sandwich, go to the McDonalds next door
30 minute wait in drivethru - only 3 cars here. Update - after 30 mins I am now trapped in the drivethru exit because they are asking everyone to pull around for their food. The entire drive thru is now clogged with cars. Corporate needs to know what’s happening here!
