This just confirms why i don't come to Popeyes cause everytime i do i get this type of service. they give you practically nothing anymore but steady raising the prices ??what a joke will be my last time i rather get wings from the Chinese spots
Got the Surf and Turf, the shrimp were over battered and over cooked won't get those again. But tenders were great , the battered was light and crisp, the chicken was tasty. Sauces need some work.
They keep getting our order wrong. Two wings were in my box for the two piece white meal. When asked to correct it a thigh was added to the box instead of the breasts that I requested. I stopped going for a few weeks because last time I went and used the code from their survey I completed and the manager thought I had stolen the code to get free chicken. We used to enjoy coming here to eat, now we don't.
Hadn't been to Popeyes in a while because of terrible service and cold food. My sister wanted Popeyes, with much apprehension I went anyway. Biggest mistake ?. I spent nearly $40 on the food. The order was wrong, and the chicken was old or refried. Never again.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order thru their app and selected drive thru as my preferred method of pickup. I sat in the drive thru for about 30 mins before the employee asked for my order. I told her I had a mobile order. She then tells me to come inside. I explained that I chose drive thru for pickup so she then tells me to pull to the side into a parking space and someone would bring my order to me. Another 20 mins goes by and I still don't have my food. So now I have to go inside. The general manager tells me that my order was closed out so someone must have picked it up already. How!!? So then she implied that I didn't pay for my order. I then had to show her my bank statement showing that the money was taken out of my account so I indeed had paid for my order. You can't even get a confirmation page on the app unless you have paid for it. She continues on as if I had done something wrong and that it was my fault. I wasted over an hour there and got treated like I was trying to get over on them. I will NOT be going back to this Popeyes ever again. Please spend your precious time and money elsewhere!
Female employees give off that “hot girl summer” vibe. They play around too much and don’t pay attention to the orders. Explicit lyrics to music playing out loud. Couldn’t immediately tell who the manager was.
Why did I come here? The service sucks. You got the cashier and manager holding a full convo. It around 4:15 they are out of chicken and been out. Just dropped everything. I avoid all Popeyes because of this one. My grandma wanted Popeyes. Here I am. Horrible location. Ive always had the worst service here. Ridiculous.
I really wish I had the option to give NO STARS. I went through the drive through it was busy (as usual), I waited in the line I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal and a 2 piece meal. When I opened my sandwich I noticed that they had given me a no good sandwich. The mayo was clumpy and had a smell. They gave us bad red beans and rice and didn't give me one of my drinks. When I brought the food back the gave me another sandwich with no good mayo. I didnt realize until I got home so when I went bacl they refused to open the door and refused to givee a refund but were very quick to give me something that could have gave me food poisoning . They are unpleasant and no one wears a mask or gloves. Oh yea I wasn't given a receipt because the printer was out of paper. If you love your life DO NOT EAT HERE.
Last month I was there when the general manager had an incident where she threw grease on one of her employees. I came through the drive thru and she was there today. She was rude to me telling me I can't get 2 legs and 2 thighs because a 4pc comes with every piece. Then the kids meal I was told I can't get fries only applesauce and apple juice. How??? She needs to be replaced. That was dangerous when she threw grease and could've hit others. And he attitude towards paying customers is very nasty. I'll go further with this if I need to. Something needs to be done or you all will lose lots of business
Good food but I aksed for 12pc Tenders Family Meal not the 12pc Family Meal. That's like $30 down the drain.
