Very rude and unprofessional employees SMH
I got the chicken nugget platter but the chicken looked liked it was prematurely taken out the grease..it was light and the chicken was in like one ball. I ended up throwing away the chicken and just eating my sides.I loved the strawberry lemonade tho
Rude staff, rude management. Asked hot, fresh apple pies and was yelled out by staff and management and had a bag of pies shoved out of the door. Horrible customer service. Several other items missing. Each item that was missing was made to seem like such a bother to get to make the order complete. I will not return to this location.
You'd be better off eating anywhere else.I love Popeyes. This location sucks. Two drive thru lines, only one guy taking orders and after one car is done it was a solid minute before he switched to me, then told me to hold on. When I said thank you after completing my order dude's response was "uh-huh"Takes a few minutes to get all my food. I ask for my receipt and say thank you when he hands it to me. His response is "yea" I ordered a large everything. One side was large. The fries were a small and at the bottom of the bag everywhere.This store lucky they're almost at 3.5 stars. Worst Popeyes I've been to.
Sat in drive thru which felt for 15 minutes, no one in line. Made comments was this thing working or not, polite girl came online and stated they would be right with us. PROMO that is still listed on web and commercials was ordered and reply was it was no longer valid. Ordered 2 piece meal and stated they only had legs and wings, this was at 6 p.m. Drove away 3 strikes rule applies.
I favor Popeyes over other chicken fast food spots. Theirs taste better. I decided to try the mac n cheese and was blown away at how good it tasted ! It was almost homestyle tasting and not boxed and processed like the competitors'. I was ready for seconds ! LOL... Now on the other hand, they seemed to cut corners with their red beans and rice. They fill up the container (not to the max either) mainly with rice (see the pics) so you don't get equal beans. I asked for more beans than rice. According to the staff, it's pre-made with those portions. That, I'm not happy with as I'm not getting value for my money. Another thing is this location is ALWAYS out of something, even though it's nowhere near closing time. This time, they were out of rootbeer soda ! Who runs out of soda ? Ughhh ! Note - I gave it 4 stars for the chicken, mac n cheese and fast service.
Placed an order through Uber eats, when my driver got there, they said they didn’t have any food at all. So I had to cancel my order I was charged but was able to get a refund from customer support. I guess the night staff just do whatever they want. Google reviews should have an option for zero star’s.
You have 2 lines in drive through and it still takes 30 minutes before its your turn to order. Not to mention, it wouldn't hurt to let the customers know you'll be right with them instead of having them wait without acknowledging their presence. Let's do better with the customer service please!
Majority of the Popeyes close at 10 when the sign says 11PM.I just placed a online order got to the location and they were closed
