They got my order wrong but didn't notice till I was all the way home so I called to let them know and received a very rude response from someone who said she was the manager. I was certain I couldn't possibly be speaking to a manager so I asked her name and was hung up on, not once but twice! I called a third time and tried to explain. I could hear loud talking and laughing in the background and she abruptly said "it's too late, you took the food it's your problem, now get out of my life!" and she hung up the phone. I'm just sad that there are people that work in customer service that can actually speak to to customers any way they want and get away with it!
Wish I could give this a zero-star rating. We called ahead to see if lobby was open. They said no, but they would accommodate just our family since we have a daughter with special needs. When we arrived they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. ??? What??? We drove 30 min for nothing and autism is a challenge. Thank you popeyes for violating the americans with disabilities act and not accommodating a very simple request that you said you would do! In fact, it was your idea! We didn't even ask, you offered it! Get on the same page staff.
This Popeyes has the worst manager very rude they are very dirty the way they handle food is not the proper way to handle food specially when you know how food is suppose to be served because you worked at Popeyes. Food sits for a long time my shrimp was hard and so were my fries. This place needs a better manager.
A few weeks ago I came here and an employee told me his name was deez nuts I had to explain to my child what that meant. I spoke to the manager Shonda or whatever tf her name is and she apologized and offered my a free meal . Not to mention I’m 8-9 month pregnant so when I come it’s literally because I’m craving and plot on my food for hours! Fast forward to today, shonda is actually working, and says we’re not taking food orders until 430 I said and I quote “Ok if come back at 430 (which was really only 15 mins) will y’all be ready because this is the second time I’ve come and y’all just aren’t ready and now I’m getting irritated.” Her response was now I’m not giving you anything because you have an attitude. She blames her piss poor customer service on short staffing when really her and her staff are just trash. Who would want to work for little to nothing when management and the team are horrific ?
I was on a work break ,I went to Popeye's approximately around 4:40pm pulled up to the drive-thru someone greeted me as if they were going to take my order and they were interrupted by another employee who stopped them and she told me that Popeyes was currently closed and they wouldn't be open until 5:00 because they were doing shift change I have never heard of a Popeyes or any fast food shutting down to do shift change it was 4:47 when I looked at the time I would not recommend going here or to any of the Popeyes franchises! Save your money and time.
If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went to place an order at the speaker in drive thru. I was literally the only one there and was told to hold on! Several minutes later my order was finally taken and before I could finish ordering I was told my total and to pull up to the window! Got up to the window which was wide open and I could here several employees talking and not 1 person came to window to take payment or even say hi how are you? After another several minutes I just left! As I was leaving saw another employee get out of her car to go inside and the door was propped open with a wet floor sing! So because of your lack of concern for customer service I went to Chick-fil-A instead! You can learn something from them as far as customer service and food quality
Very disappointed with food. The Mac n cheese had hard bottom of the pot substance in containers and was not hot and was overcooked. Meal was not worth $30.00.
My wife loved this Popeyes, the employees are quite kind and don't pressure you when ordering.
Some days they are great some days they are terrible… today it looks completely dark in the inside. I saw one employee finally walk in to open up its 11:40am, and they are suppose to be open at 11:00am. He told me it will be a 30 minute wait. Which I can understand since he just got there and has to do everything. It’s very unfortunate.I know you can’t blame the employees every time something goes wrong. Maybe better pay for their employees or management. So employees actually want to come to workAs far as days where it’s unprofessional, it’s typically the days they have their younger staff working. They have a LOT of growing up to do. Most but not all are smart with their mouths, rude, dancing, letting the line build up so they can “play”. I understand everyone has to have their first job somewhere, but most of their younger staff is very immature
This restaurant is being run into ground by the employees...........They had ten cars waiting in the drive thru with the dining room closed and they were not taking orders they were hanging out prepaing food for themselves while the line got longer and the restuarant losing money because the employees dont care anymore. They mess up peoples order and give out old stale chicken all the time. They have never wore masks throughout the whole covid pandemic.
