Loved the atmosphere- nostalgic 70s/80s diner vibe. Their tables were beautiful, all hand painted it seemed. The random decor was aesthetically pleasing such as stickers covering the entire door out to the patio and “white trash” license plate hung above the bar.My family & I came across this restaurant on TikTok while in town for Father’s day … we weren’t disappointed. Food was great, no complaints. Our hostess and waitress were very kind and patient.I ordered the kicken chicken taco … they were LOADED! I was definitely full after one.

We were recommended this by Reddit as we were meeting family in Charlotte for dinner on the way up 85. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We went around 2:30 on a Friday so it wasn’t crowded but be aware there are probably 3 spots infront of the restaurant. It’s best to aim to park about 100 feet down the street across from the park (free) in the gravel parking lot. They have outside seating and indoor. Everything about it was good. Highly recommend the Big Jon on Texas Toast! Their whole menu is full of yummy diverse options. Pinky’s is a winner for sure! ?

So this was featured on Diner Drive-ins and Dives, so I was in the area and figured why not try it out. I think it was Martini Monday and I had 2 awesome vodka martini's. on point. Fun atmosphere, kind of a local dive bar. I forget which burger I had but it was too much food. and not the best burger in the world either, just really large portions the asian slaw was interesting, but I would pass on it in the future. But something I ate here upset my stomach and maybe the slaw, maybe the burger, but it was definitely from this place. So I won't be coming back on my future trips to Charlotte. kind of a bummer cause I like the Show DDD's oh well

Promptly greeted and seated. Service was outstanding and friendly (Thank you, Donna!). Crab puppies, as an appetizer, were good. Never would have thought to put crab meat in a hush puppy. We had a burger and a 'patsy' melt..both were yum! Do yourself a favor and try this place out when you are in the Queen City!

I stopped here for a quick lunch, I had a 30 minute window so I chanced it. Food was out within 10 minutes and was absolutely amazing. Staff is so pleasant and respectful. I recommend this laid back chill spot for anyone. I will definitely be going back for a more relaxing not so rushed meal. Great all around

Great atmosphere with fantastic music. Had the vegan pimento chili fries, white bean hummus and beyond burger. The burger, hummus and vegan chili were amazing, the vegan pimento cheese not so much. Great staff. Food came out quickly so I would steer away from appetizers unless you’re there during a busy time/day. There’s like 3 parking spaces in front of the restaurant so just head straight to the back area where there’s plenty of parking.

Great food!! Great atmosphere! We would defiantly go back when in the Charlotte area. A garage turned into restaurant what else can you say

Different decor, lots to look at, loud and busy place. Quick service, pleasant server. Had a burger. Lots of "local" southern style food. Fried pickles were tasty.

Always delicious and a must eat when in the Charlotte area. Something for everyone on the menu and the food is so good. The pippin fries are amazing.

I tried the Ding Dong Chicken sandwich. Probably the most unique sandwich on the menu. Do not let the peanut butter scare you off. It's a subtle flavor and works with the sarachi slaw. It was a pretty good sandwich but priced a little high. Sandwich and fries for $15 is kinda high, that's why the 3 star.
