My Bf and I were vacationing and we were looking for authentic vietnamese food. We encountered this place by just searching food near by. I was sketchy at first but this is one of those places you call a hidden gem. The place was very clean, looked presentable and the ambience was very calm and soothing. The food was A+ , everything was super delicious and handled with care. I loved it overall but definitely need to improve on the customer service when it comes to servers. ?
I highly recommend trying the Pho Dac Biet with a bit of chili paste. Our server, Bryce, was FANTASTIC! The Thai Tea is delicious and the service is now wonderful! A must-try in Charlotte!
Before we have our own restaurant, Pho Real has always been one of our favs..and even now we have pho at our restaurant, I still swing by for a dose of Pho Real whenever I’m in the area…it was my happy food growing up and it’s still my happy food after all these years! The best way to support a restaurant is to1) order directly from them instead of thru doordash, Grubhub and stuff …those vendors charge them 30% of our cut! That’s a lot…that’s a lot of bowls of pho to just break even!2) come and dine-in whenever possible3) write them positive reviews with really good ratings….bc often people only want to write when they’re upset about something (sometimes it’s not even directly at the food …heheh, the innocent bystander). And it takes so many positive reviews to offset 1 bad one…kinda like when you were in school, it takes 5 A’s to offset 1 C or something. You get the idea! So yah, choose to write positive reviews when you have a good experience bc that’s the most practical and free way to help your local restaurant And no, I’m not related to them and I’m not a BoT;) My fav thing at Pho Real is Bún thit nuong, Banh Xèo, pho, and my all time favs…Hu Tieu dac biet, with glass noodles ;) Oooh I also love their nem nuong and my kids love the quails, and my hubby fav cơm đặc biệt . You guys did a good job and keep up the good work…don’t let a few downers bring you down??I’m sorry for my Photograhpy skills…lol…the food is way yummier than it looks in my pics ?
I've eaten here twice, and I have to warn you ahead of time that the service felt inordinately slow both times. But there's a reason I came back - the Pho is superb. The broth and noodles are flavorful, and the side ingredients were very fresh.
I ordered delivery in search of a new favorite pho restaurant as I havent been loving the one I go to.I grew up with Vietnamese/Cambodian close family friends we ate with regularly and those authentic flavors have shaped me as a chef and foodie.I literally wanted to cry when I got my food and started eating. Such authentic flavors! Such tender meat and well done and thoughtfully prepared sauces.I'm impressed you guys. I'll be dining in ASAP and leaving a dine in review. So. Damn. Good.

I loved the food. The price is extremely reasonable. The spring rolls, eggrolls, pho, rice and boba were absolutely delicious. Will definitley be back! I love all the flavors they have for boba.
Sent me to the emergency room. I don’t know what they did but after leaving this place I broke out in hives. Couldn’t talk I was sweating and none stop throwing up. Would never come back here. If I could I would give negative stars
Great place to eat Pho. The service was really quick even though they were busy. They were friendly and made sure we were doing well while waiting for the food. Overall a great place and will be coming back.
