The reataurant was not busy when we went and we were the only people eating inside. That said everything was delicious!! The summer rolls(called spring rolls here) were very tasty and their peanut sauce delicious. The pho came out super hot and the broth was super good flavor and didn't need a lot of additional stuff added. Overall we enjoyed this place and will be back.
The service was great even though they are understaffed like everyone. The menu had awesome options. I struggled to decide what I wanted after seeing the plates going to other tables and not to be overlooked was the value to quality. I received an amazing dish for the price I paid.
Forgot to take photos because the food was delicious. This is our favorite pho in Charlotte, the soup was steaming hot, the broth is flavorful already even without putting anything. Our fave is the pork buns, pho and spring rolls. We rated 5 star because they deserved it and we love their food. Will definitely be going back. One thing though, there was a customer that was pretty loud and the staff didn't do anything about it. We don't want to be the whining customer. Hopefully in the future, the staff could have talked to obnoxious customers to be more respectful with others.
Literally everything I have eaten here is delicious. My husband and I have tried most of the veggie options, as well as the wings. The vegetable pho broth is ?? Better than any other vegetable broth I’ve had. The veggies give so much flavor, and the tofu is cooked perfectly. The wings are so crispy and flavorful. The service has always been prompt and friendly. Highly recommend!
I had lunch here on 1/7/22 and it will be my last time eating at this restaurant unless changes are made. The restaurant was slow with only us and one other table at time. A 3rd group of 3 came in with a dog. The server asked if it was a service dog and the guest replied yes and offered to go back to the car and get the dogs vest. The server said they didn't need that but made them sit by the garage door and continued to ask them questions about the dog and if they had some type of ID or card as proof. He then opened the garage door while it was 47 outside. Everyone in the restaurant was cold, one couple got up and moved and we just wrapped things up without finishing our lunch but especially that group who was now basically left sitting outside. They tried to explain what was and wasnt allowed when it came to service animals and were nice to the server and told him they understood when he said he was new and would need to ask the owner but he just kept saying this is what his owner told him he had to do and left the huge door open and everyone in the cold. They ended up leaving, then the server came around and tried to blame them for the poor treatment and said they were using offensive language.. ( the restaurant is tiny I was only 1 table away and they were very nice the whole time even when they expressed their disappointment in the way it was being handled they were not rude) This isnt the way anyone with a service dog or any sort of handicap should be treated. We wont be coming back until this place can figure out how to treat people fairly and with dignity and respect.
Perfect healthy comfort food for a rainy winter evening. Welcoming relaxed atmosphere. We could customize our pho to our exact preferences: we both like spice so he used the rooster sauce while I put several jalapeno slices in mine. Great service from the friendly staff. ?
Greate Food and really authentic taste. The Flavor is amazing
Best bun bo hue in town at a reasonable price.. plenty?I also love their grilled nem pork springrolls.. Everybody got the shrimp, but this is better?? Nice decor and clean unlike all the other Vietnamese places!!
Omg….. one of the best Pho restaurants in Charlotte! We happened to stumble across this gem one night while searching for dinner and came here. Service is great and food is excellent! Seasoned and cooked to the tee! I’ve been to 5 different Pho restaurants in Charlotte and this one happens to be the best!! What a treat!
Great restaurant surprisingly authentic. They didn’t shy away from ingredients like blood and hog feet. Highly recommended.
