Broth is salty so put hot sauce to ease the saltiness...good vietnamese restaurant, expect this place to be greasy and dirty...you will be fine thus.
Ate here yesterday. Food and service is always great. However, can you guys please be consistent with the price that is shown on the menu versus when we pay? Came home and saw the payment was $77.00 for 3 pho bowls and 1 v32. I looked online and it said $17.00 for V32 but when we dine in, the menu says 13 dollars and some change. The only reason why I didn't question the total when we were their bc my husband went to go pay.
Pho Hoa did not disappoint with their deliciously flavored Pho Ga. The service wasn’t as attentive as it has been in the past, which was surprising considering the large wait staff. However, that aside, you can't go wrong with anything from their menu. Happy eating!*My husband ordered the shrimp fried rice.*Each of us enjoyed a strawberry smoothie with "bubbles".

This used to be my favorite spot on the east side. I’ve not been since I walked in a few months ago and saw the 87 sanitation grade. The place is not clean but the staff is friendly. I second everyone who says they charge different prices at the register that what’s on the menu. I always order the same two things and at the register it’s at least $5 more than what’s on the menu. Every single time. They rip you off big time at the register. Ask for the menu when paying so you can show what you ordered versus what they are charging you for.
Best pho I’ve ever had. The seafood pho is a must!

Although wait time was high it is a good resturaunt. I would definitely take my friends here. This was a resturaunt I had always gone to growing up. Thank you Pho Hoa staff for opening during the pandemic.
Ordered the large beef combination PHO and it was good. Broth was okay. The noodle, meat and broth ratio was fair. Only complaint is their serving size is smaller than most places for the money. Would come back if in the area.
