The food was really great! However the springroll wasn't really wrapped correctly, but I don't mind since it's still a spring roll, the broth was also a bit salty on the saltier side but is still very tasty. The owners were very nice as well.However, I had to remove a star since the cleanliness wasn't too good. There was bugs everywhere around the food I was eating.
Love the food and while I was there, I noticed there was only 1 older guy running the entire place so I gotta give him credit for that

My boyfriend and I go here once a week. We love the pho. I get the number 9 and he gets the number 14 with fried garlic and an order of spring rolls. Super good and very reasonable prices! We’re always greeted quickly and served quick!
Just curious trying New food and recipes around but this one was unflavored food,, well Short story 1 soup 2 dishes 3 drinks almost $90, don't worth it for me.??????
This must have been an honest mistake from their end because never in my entire life have I ever seen or tasted papaya salad that was this awful from a Vietnamese place. They must have given me the wrong sauce to go on this papaya salad because it was RED and it looked like sauce that went on grilled chicken. The spring rolls we recieved were great. But I'll probably just skip this stop next time and go to the other Pho Hoa down the street.
I love this place! My family loves this place and the owners! So kind. The best pho place ever. We come here so often the owner already knows our orders. Definitely a moms cooking kind of feeling. Highly recommend
The food is delicious it’s the service I dislike! Obviously Pho is popular among all nationalities so I don’t feel that every time I go I should feel discriminated against! I’m never seated right away and to treated as if I don’t belong! Last time we just got up and left because 10 min and we still had not been acknowledged there were 3 of us! Twice was the charm…not going back!
I been ate in this place for almost 16 years i dont have not complaint at all the soup is delicious and my fresh spring rolls are so yummy the owner is so friendly and is not expense at all i do recomend this place 100%
Best pho in Charlotte, and honestly many places I’ve tried in other cities as well. I stumbled upon this hidden gem, and have yet to turn back since. I’m a regular and constantly crave it. My favorite is the #1 (pho dac biet) but we also tried the #18 which was another noodle bowl that was very spicy but delicious! It definitely had a lemongrass flavor to it. It’s located in a strip mall, and if you blink you may miss it. There is not much that meets the naked eye, but they have delicious food and a 97 cleanliness rating. If you haven’t been here, try it!!
